He offered to come out the next business day to have a look and provide an estimate. He arrived on time and we found him both friendly and professional. Based on the work needed, his quote seemed reasonable. Three faucets needed replacing and one of the cold water lines needed replacing as well. Isaac returned two days later (again, on time!), with his team of two. He introduced his team and they promptly got to work. After everything was completed, my aunt remarked how she appreciated the team's courtesy. She stated the team represented Quality Innovative Construction well and that they did a great job for her. They kept her informed of any issues throughout the process and cleaned up after themselves once the work was finished. Isaac even created a convenient access panel for one of the hard-to-reach bathroom areas. (Not sure why the manufacturer didn't do that in the first place!) Again, my aunt was very pleased when all was completed and said she's happy to have found a new plumber.....and a new electrician, as Isaac also does construction (roofing, cement, hvac, etc.). He said that the leak was under the concrete once he looked around my house, but he was unable to find its position. A deposit of $852.50 was made, and the leak was to be fixed on 12/21/24 at 9 a.m. My husband and I discovered the leak--a hose behind my refrigerator--shortly after he left my house. After sending Th_m_s D_rh_ m a video, I called him and gave him the location of the leak. I requested a reimbursement of my $752.50 deposit because the work he wanted to do beneath the concrete was unnecessary. I added that I was still willing to pay him $100 for his time coming out to my house. He claimed that his wife, C_ss_e, (the secretary at Swat Plumbing) had already gone to the bank and cashed the check. He said he would be busy with other projects that day when I tried to arrange a time and date to meet to pick up my money. Later in the evening I called and texted multiple times after our phone conversation regarding the deposit, but I've received no response. On 12/26/24, I contacted the number he provided me for his wife C_ss_e to inquire about the deposit, but I received a text from a different number shortly after saying, "Hey Mrs Perez ( C_ss_e mailed yall a check ). I can hear you when you called just now but for some reason you can't hear me." As of today, 1/5/24, neither Th_m_s nor C_ss_e D_rh_m (Swat Plumbing LLC.) has contacted me and no check was received.
