I had about a 75 ft tree that had lost all it's bark and was super dead…read more The tree was a threat to my home and vehicles. Liberty had a small area to take it down in. They came out and less than 20 min had it down safely. The owner, Josh, saw that I had a few smaller trees that could fall on the house and topped those as well. Josh was professional, quick, and extremely competitive with his pricing. I will be calling him back to clean up a few more trees. If you need tree work done, Josh is your man!

I contacted Irbin at Eagle Tree Service and he came out and gave us an estimate the next day on removing the tree and grinding the stump. Their pricing was excellent and they could fit me into their schedule so I chose to go with them. From start to finish, they were prompt, reliable, hard working, and always showed up when they said they would. Irbin and his team carefully removed limbs off our house, cut requested sections into nice pieces of firewood, and removed the rest. They graciously handled some special requests without a word about additional charges. Exceptional value. High quality work. Reliable and trustworthy. What more could you want? Thanks Irbin for an outstanding job!

Was hired to blow and clean leaves out of several yards and along a gravel road on my property…read more Did not show up consistently, or when he was supposed to. Charged too much, and would ask for more money each time I pointed out something that needed doing. He left piles of leaves everywhere and did not dispose of them as we had agreed. Along a gravel road on the property he had promised to return and clean up what was left there (said he needed his trailer to haul the leaves and mulch off). But when I refused to hire him to do further work (power wash an RV Trailer Trailer), he never showed up. Nor has he contacted me to explain why he hasn't. Horrible experience. Feel ripped off!

I contacted A Clean Cut Lawn Care because my lawn was overgrown after two other lawn crews failed…read moreto show up. They quoted me at $70 for the small lawn at my duplex, but this was to be expected since it was so overgrown. Jeff was extremely helpful when I had trouble getting my account set up, and was always easy to get in contact with. Having online access makes it easy to set up service and pay, making A Clean Cut stand out among other crews. When they came out to do my lawn, though, they only weed-eated and also cut down my herb garden on my patio. The grass was extremely tall, uneven, and was not what I expected for $70. I was not happy with this, since my old lawn crew had done the same level of maintenance for $40. I contacted Jeff and he worked to make things right. He got the crew back out there ASAP, and got it to where I wanted. While originally I was unhappy with the service, Jeff worked hard to make things right. They have the best customer service out of any crew I have had, and that is what makes them really shine.

Whatever you do, do not use this service. I cannot stress this enough, do not use them…read more The work is worse than terrible. I hired them to perform a simple job, add a small patch of sod to my back yard on level ground that was already irrigated. What I was left with was a patchy, uneven framework of grass. When I told them it was unsatisfactory they assured me would it "level itself and fill in". That did not happen. So they promised to come back and fix the issue. 6 weeks later nothing has happened and the area looks just as bad as it did day 1. To make it worse, they kept falsely promising week over week that they were going to stop by, even the owner said he would come by to take a look after I called to complain, but each week they no showed prompting me to have to call to reschedule and then reschedule and then reschedule, and so on. Now I don't even get responses. TLDR: Do not use this service. They give landscapers a bad name.

Shawn did remove the tree on 9/9/19 and I wrote him a cheque. He advised me to call his friend right away which I did. Till date the stump is still there and my fence panel(which Shawn removed to haul the tree away) has NOT been put back yet. Neither Shawn nor Casey has responded to my text/voice mails. This is really frustrating. Someone did leave my backyard faucet running on 10/11/19. Shows lack of responsibility/care on Shawn's part. Hope no one has this kind of experience, ever.
