I really give this company a ZERO! I had a new roof put on my home. The job was to remove, clean…read moreand re-install my panels back on the roof. It was a disaster! After they completed a very sloppy job. My system proced 50% less than before. I called and they came back out several times and could not figure out why. After the last time they came out the system didn't work at all! They were suppose to get an adapter and come back out. Never came or called. I paid solar company out of Houston to come check my system out. With in 15 minutes they had my system working. There were two wire that were wired wrong and the on/off switch was reversed. They then inspected the panel installation. There were several panels that were not even anchored down, wires wre not clipped to the back of the panels to keep them off the roof, numerous panel were not anchored properly,the rails were not installed properly, and one panel wasn't even plugged in. The company from Houston, removed all the panels and corrected the improper installation. BOTTOM LINE: THIS IS THE WORST COMAPNY I HAVE EVER RUN ACROSS! THEY TALK A BIG STORY BUT ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE JUST DON'T CARE!!! I would not let this company even change a light bulb

I had two other leveling contractors try to fix the issues through the years, only to have the issues recur and damage drywall and other structures in the home. Mr. Hernandez, owner of SFE, was obviously very knowledgeable of his trade, various methods appropriate for each situation and even other issues that affect foundations. He talked me through each step before starting, and again as he completed the job. Mr. Hernandez and his entire crew were highly professional, always on time and most courteous. They also cleaned the worksite each day before leaving. It was obvious that the finished product of his work was very well done. I have little doubt that this will finally solve my foundation problems. In addition, SFE provides a 3-year warranty. This is a quality company operated by a trustworthy owner, that this area will continue to need. Highly recommended!

Tech came out around 11 am and worked until around 3 pm. Cost me over 2000 dollars. 4 hours after he left, the ac froze up and quit working again. I called and was told dispatch would call me right away with an appointment (mind you, I was hoping that I wouldn't have to spend another hot sleepless night.) After an hour and having received no phone call, I called back. The answering service told me that they were at capacity for the night and someone would call me in the morning to set up a new appointment. I'm sorry, what!? I just paid a months wages to fix my problem and you can't be bothered to send somebody out because its 8:30 pm? So I can just be hot another night and day? Unbelievable. Don't believe their stupid commercial talking about "we're not comfortable until you are." I'm sure they are going to dun me for more money tomorrow to fix what they failed to fix today. I dont trust this company anymore and I urge anyone who cares to avoid these clowns at all cost! There are other options in the Lufkin area.
