Stayed here one night for a job assignment in town. This is a two story hotel located on the east end of town. The room was a little small and the furnishings outdated. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I was placed in a handicap room so the bathroom had features such as handrails on the toilet and a roll-in shower (shower head not removable). Breakfast in the morning was your standard items. Make your own waffles, eggs, sausage patties, cereal and toast. There is an outdoor pool that was closed when I visited (March). I was on the first floor but do not recall seeing an elevator. Very friendly and helpful staff. read more

Profoundly disappointing, systemic failure and blatant disregard for basic hospitality. I reserved and pre-paid for this room for my elderly Mother for a 3 night stay. After driving 9.5 hours, she should have been treated better than this. Her request for help with her luggage from car parked right in front of the lobby was denied. There were no other customers in sight and parking lot largely left empty. She had to get a cart and do it herself in this AZ heat. TV did not work, Phone dead and astonishingly not a single bar of soap in the entire hotel was available. What kind of hotel would not provide soap? Shampoo/conditioner dispensers were up too high and since they were both nearly empty and you had to climb into the tub to accesss them, she is not frail yet she was unable to squeeze them hard enough, so she couldn't even use them as a soap substitute. The only laundry service was a single machine which was out of order. Likely for a long time judging by the notice on it. Mattress was so old and worn you could feel the springs. A/C was so loud when it cycled on, it shocked me when i was there but my 90% deaf mother said it sounded like a helicopter was landing in her room. But the final straw for me was to hear that on her day of departure, since she once again had to take her own luggage out on a cart, the employee at the front desk watched her struggle with the door and didn't say a word, just disappeared into the back room as had been the pattern throughout her stay. And again, not another customer in sight. My mother, ever gracious, would not have left this review and is always willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but after witnessing these repeated lapses, I cannot. This level of neglect and poor service is not simply an off day. Hospitality should be about comfort, care, and respect--anything less is unacceptable. read more

This location in need of remodel. Thankfully I found the bed to be comfortable. When you shower, get ready for temperature changes in the water. It goes cold in an instant and then back to your setting. Noisy location with traffic but also the refrigerator and air conditioner will wake you. The person I made the reservation with was super friendly and accommodating, I believe his name was Christian. Mini-refrigerator wasn't as cold as I'd like. Tub had rust spot. Bed wasn't comfortable for me, no pillow top and very stiff and springy, my daughter's slept fine. Breakfast was Belgium waffles syrup, scrambled eggs, thin bacon, apples, oranges (were pretty old), 3 types of cereal, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice, pastries, muffins, bagels, bread, toaster, peanut butter, jam, butter, margarine, cream cheese, yogurt, milk (half&half, 2%, skim). Maybe more, a very large and plentiful selection. The breakfast prep lady was very nice as was the morning clerk and housekeeping. read more

We made reservations for two nights, handicapped accessible room, April 2022. The check-in clerk was friendly and very helpful. Our room was awful. The floor of the handicapped accessible shower was black, this black material extended two inches above the floor of the shower, on all three sides of the shower. All of the walls in the room had chipped paint along the walls at the height of the back of a sitting chair. The rug was stained. The desk chair seat covering was completely peeling is off and disgusting. The parking lot was not paved, it was covered in dirt. This not a three star. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff were friendly and very helpful. Do not stay at this disgusting hotel. read more

My boyfriend and I had to book a last minute trip to Arizona to attend a wake for a family member. His extended family drove from Georgia and California to join us all. We found this Quality Inn, near the town for the wake. It's a pretty quiet and quaint area. Their rooms are basic, but really nice for a motel/hotel in the middle of nowhere. I'm not going to be picky, because the room we got were only $80/night which is cheap when you compare to Hawaii prices, but it had the essentials. The Good: - Affordable/cheap - Convenient for stopping by - Free Breakfast - Nice pool area - Beds were comfortable - TV had cable (yay!) - AC!!!! (needed) - Maintained landscaping - Close to multiple restaurants in the area: Country Kitchen, Mcdonalds, Pizza hut, etc The bad: - Mold in the bathroom - Not enough plugs in their rooms - Room #106 had a cracked tile beneath the toilet, I could see into the hole. - Room #203 has a small cramped bathroom, avoid. - AC in Lobby was broken, very stuffy Also their employees were all friendly and nice. Their breakfast was basic. You can make your own waffles, they have eggs and bacon, and varieties of pastries. They even have a cereal bar. read more

Beds are soooo uncomfortable. The breakfast was a joke. They advertise it until 9:00 am. We showed up at 8:30 and all the milk was hot. They didn't have the waffles they advertised. They didn't restock anything for us so we just ate toast and cold bacon. So frustrating especially since the room cost us $130 on a Monday night! They wouldn't even give us a AAA discount. I travel through Wickenburg going North and South many many times during each month as I travel for my job. I make it a point to stop at Wickenburg as my middle of the trip location and I always stay at the Quality Inn located there. They are outstanding! Everything is always clean, the free breakfast is really good, and plenty of the extras that make a stay pleasurable. I have been there so much that I am recognized and known by my name which makes me feel appreciated as a customer. Just about everything in this hotel room was broken or not working properly. The sink had a giant crack in it that leaked water. The window was cracked. The ac/heater would randomly switch from ac to heat, even though it was set to only ac, so I woke up in a pool of sweat twice. The bathroom door hinges were super loose so I couldn't shut the door completely and it would not latch or lock. The water in the shower would constantly switch temperatures from freezing cold to burning hot so when I got out of the showers I had burns on my shoulders. The toilet wouldn't flush on the first try and took up to five flushes to get rid of waste. The walls in the bathroom were cracking and had drywall particles all over the floor. Two of the four towels were stained and smelled as if they were never washed. Additionally, the side door to the hotel didn't lock so anyone could come inside if they wanted. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I will be sure to never return there again. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Look at the photos and video before you decide to stay here. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I felt our health was in danger because with Coronavirus this place claims it sanitized everything but it was by far the filthiest place I've ever stayed in. I never slept the whole night with fear of bed bugs because I killed three bugs before I went to bed. The sheets in the first room had black STAINS all over them (see photos) so they moved us to a "better" room according to them. The second room had mold all over tub and shower a toilet that didn't flush, black smudges all over walls, bugs, the room was never vacuumed, the bed cover had stains all over it, the room smelled like smoke, some of the lights were inoperable. The only reason we stayed was because we checked in so late we were exhausted. To make things worse,, there was no breakfast except toast and coffee. We cancelled the second night but they would not refund our money. Honestly, your better off sleeping in your car than rushing your health at this disgusting place. read more

First I must say we covered 73,000 square miles in 2014 and it's motel to motel. Management and staff are warm friendly and are just about down home as it gets. Upon arrival staff had a very upbeat personality. Upon opening door to room found my online reservations didn't matter.(disappointment) got queens instead of king. On entry: Room was neat. Amenities were present. Large screen tv. After settling in: Electrical plugs on desk worn out, stains in bathtub, mattress could have been better. Equality inn is not a place I would stay there again to start with the price was to high do to the Gold Rush day we did have a choice , the first room they put us in the bath tub had a rusty hole in it and the microwave had cheese splashed all over it the second room was better. The help was very unfriendly no one stayed at the front counter you had to ring a bell if you needed help, the breakfast room was very dark the food was very skinny, they never empty the garbage can until the were over flowing I was out for walk and it looked the workers ate lunch out back and left the garbage there, I will have to say the bed and pillows were great read more

I was traveling through the area on an all-american road trip, but needed a place to stop off and work. Manny was so sweet to let me use the wifi and have a delicious hot breakfast, all for $15. The eggs and waffles were perfect, and they had tons of other breakfast items that looked amazing. The wifi was super fast, and I was able to chill in the breakfast lounge and catch up on work. Happened to be in town the same weekend as a reunion so this was my only affordable option. Room was barely useable. Dirty walls, tile coming off the shower wall, caulking coming out from bottom of the toilet, drywall damage behind the toilet, and found a piece of a condom wrapper by the night stand. They did get it clean but unfortunately the young man at the front desk didn't have the energy to check it so we had to beg him to look at it in order to get it unlocked. I stayed at the Quality Inn for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my room and service. They have the BEST free breakfast every morning and a nice pool/jacuzzi that is located out of view from the other rooms. (I got to make my own Belgium waffles!) Our standard (2 Queens) room was clean and spacious. It had a mini fridge AND microwave. Their friendly staff treated us like family and since I was visiting for my father's funeral, they heavily discounted my rate because they knew who he was and were sorry for his passing. Pros..they allow pets. The beds were comfortable and clean. There are great places to walk your dog. Cons..the exterior grounds need help, very weedy and around the perimeter (where you walk the dog)there was 3 small bags of garbage and a dirty diaper. Security is a joke because the exit door did not require the room card to enter even though there was a slot reader. The room we stayed in only had the lick on the door knob the top lock was broken off. The bathtub needed replaced because it had many chipped places and the ceiling above had what appeared to be mold. All in all there seemed to be a lot of deferred maintenance. read more
