The front desk employee was rude. She immediately said, "really? how long have you been checked in for?" Unsure why that mattered we said, "a few hours" in confusion. She then, clearly annoyed, told us she was trying to finish her shift and get her end of shift stuff done...okay, but you're still working...so???? The whole interaction was strange and she was very unfriendly and rude.

The manager and staff are rude and incompetent. I had made a reservation online and had noted that…read moreI was bringing my 2 dogs. After a stressful 13 hour drive, I checked in with the clerk. I stated I had my dogs with me so that she could add the correct charge. She then stated that the room they had reserved for me was not pet-friendly. I asked what my options were; she recommended the hotel next door and stated she would charge back my card since she had already run it. The charge back never occured and I had to spend double on a smoking room at the hotel next door. I called the hotel several times to get a solution and finally received a call back from the manager over a month later. He asked me how it was his fault, they had strict pet policies and had a room for me that I chose not to take. I stated that even if I had accidentally left out that I was bringing dogs, his clerk had said she would charge back my card, and that I wasn't allowed to stay there. I was frustrated but polite to the clerk, and to the manager when he finally called. He again asked how is that his fault, and then proceeded to call me several times to harass me even though I said we obviously weren't going to agree and there was no point in continuing the conversation. I have never had an issue like this before. I work in customer service and try very hard not to be THAT person.

When I ask the drunk hostess that was cleaning rooms during dinner time while her baby was left in her room she said she lived in. When I went and found her she was in a bathroom across the hall from the room I was put in with her shirt pulled up around her bra, exposing too much while her music on her phone was playing kinda loud. So I approached her and asked politely if I could get a different fridge and she went into the room to see what I was talking about. So I showed her the nasty fridges he left and came back and she said her boyfriend was actually there and she would have him come exchange it out. I then asked her about just changing rooms because it didnt look like that one had been cleaned. She said I'll be right back so I waited patiently for her to come back. Then I heard a knock on the door so I answered it and she just handed me her phone. I said what is this and she told me the owner was on the phone and wanted to speak to me. So I took the phone and as soon as I said hello she's saying that me staying there wasnt gonna work because I was causing issues because supposedly my dog who is blind had been barking and disturbing all the guess in the hotel. There was maybe 4 vechicles max in the parking lot and one didnt look like it even moved. So I didnt agree with her and told her the only reason she was kicking me out was because her drunk hostess lied to her and told her I was causing issues which again was a bold face lie.
