Definitely won't stay at that Sheraton again! As for this property, the Courtyard - AWESOME... From the check-in process to the overall cleanliness of the property and the room (some of which I viewed when walking by rooms and seeing the housekeeping staff cleaning). I liked it all... I mean, it wasn't the best, but it's definitely, by far sooo much better than the nasty Sheraton down the street and better than many other Courtyards, Fairfields, and Sheratons I've stayed in lately for work. I wish Marriott would work to fix this issue, as it's a relatively new problem I've noticed over the past few years that all the properties I've stayed in were poorly managed, not kept clean, dysfunctional, etc.... This property definitely wasn't like that at all... it reminded me why I prefer to stay in Marriotts. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting, as I've got a lot of work to do in the area and will be back!

Have been staying here for about 2 years as my company is very close by. This time around, we…read moredidn't have the nice people and faces we were used to seeing as they left due to being unhappy with the new GM. Making the staff do additional tasks not related to their jobs, so cutting corners which has visibly affected this hotel. The shower was not cleaned in my room, someone else's hair on the wall and floors were dirty (see pics) after reporting it 4 times nothing happened. Staff can careless as none even offered to change my room. I showered at my sisters room next to mine. We both lost half of the room's electricity, plugs and lights attached to the bed didn't work, driver was sent to check the fuse box but couldn't fix it, he was the nicest man there and brought us water and ice cream cause he couldn't fix it. My bed was only made 1 day of the whole week I stayed there. Will go stay at the other Marriott but not this one. Bistro was closed all week as well so had to get breakfast elsewhere.

They also offered free shuttle service to the airport as I wasn't sure I would rent a car. Plus free parking which wasn't the same at other nearby hotels who had a daily parking fee. Check-in was fast and easy. I used the app, which helped make the process easier. You can also use the app to unlock your door instead of using a key card. The staff were friendly and advised me, after asking, my two free bottles of water were already in the room. My room was clean and spacious with two queen beds. I was sharing the room with two friends. I'm not sure how long the hotel had been open, but everything looked fairly new. They offered a breakfast buffet for $15.99 or you could order from a menu. I went for the buffet one morning. I honestly thought it was included, but it wasn't lol. I selected scrambled eggs, one piece of bacon, fried potatoes, a cup of fruit, a small bag of apple slices and a yogurt. I saved the last two items for later and put them in the fridge. It was tasty, although I'm not a fan of the cubed looking eggs. The consistency and texture are not the same as when I make eggs at home. But I enjoyed my meal. There was also a small bar near the dining room. After traveling all evening, I stopped by on my way to the room to pick up a seltzer. The bar tender also gave me a glass with ice. I had no issue with the room or the hotel and enjoyed my stay. There were several restaurants nearby as well as a gas station, and it was right off the highway. I love a convenient location! But it was a few blocks off the main road, which I also liked!

Large 55-65" TV and comfortable bed. Also the typical coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The room lacked adequate storage for longer stays with only some wire pull-out drawers. Curtains are not quite blackout due to being just short over the A/C. There is a decent Pool and Fitness room. Slightly upscaled breakfast for $16. Similar to the old typical free breakfast, with the option of made to order items. The price was right and I'd stay again.

One for a disabled family member. We made a request for that room's location. We verified the request 3 times before her check in. The request was ignored. That has been addressed with the hotel. My issue is the management of the location. They allow so much airport parking in addition. Yo event attendees, you end up parking at the vacant hotel next door. Then you have to go up the hill with whatever belonging you have. This was consistent during our stay. The events are so overbooked and understaffed, it is astonishing. During breakfast we couldn't get coffee, since it was going to banquets! Another day we were told the buffet wouldn't have proteins, until they finished setting up for other events. The hotel guest are definitely an afterthought. They are behind event attendees and airport parking. Certainly don't attend if you need disabled accommodation.

I mean it's primarily a space for weddings, events, conferences, etc. My sister books an annual Spring Fling here for the kids at the school where she teaches. There are cool offerings like a restaurant/bar, large lobby, laundry, pool/hot tub, gym, and so on. And I've been to a couple weddings here and they were great. Since it's only about ten minutes from the airport, I stayed here on a recent trip home. Truth be told, my flight got canceled and it was one of the places Delta offered a voucher for. The others were for places I'd never consider in a million years. The property has an elegant but extremely dated aesthetic in the furnishings and decor. Not 50 years old dated (it's been around that long) but definitely dated. You can see from my pics why it was considered "fancy" back in the day. The dated decor feels like visiting grandma in her older cookie cutter home. For the most part it's extremely clean though I found a couple things in my room: Grimy fingerprint on the thermostat Used bar of soap in the dish at the bathroom sink Small stain on top of comforter Next: Climbed into bed and the mattress literally sank in the middle. Weird and uncomfortable. How can it even be a Sheraton? That's all I got.

They were running mowers and fertilizing/spraying for weeds. They were resetting pin locations and doing routine maintenance all at once. The workers did not stop nor try to let you hit while mowing no more than 15 feet away from you. It was very bothersome. And another reason one star got knocked off was the course was very very spongy and it was not rainy leading up to the day we golf. It seemed to retain water like crazy. However the sand traps were placed and awesome locations, one green is even entirely enclosed by a Sandtrap. I did like the course and I will play it again and I hope it is not so wet and they're not doing maintenance. Overall I would go and give it a shot if you are thinking about it.
