DO NOT STAY HERE! LONG READ BUT ALL FACTS…read more Hi All, Diamond level frequent traveler with IHG. The room was average, city view is looking at the side of a brick building on level 4. Room cleanliness was mediocre, shower and shower curtain had filthy hand prints on and no Kleenex in the room. Those items I could get over. On the night of November 18 2025 I had just showered and laying on the bed around 7pm and all of a sudden someone walks in, they had checked them into my room. I yelled at them to get out(sorry to whoever that was). I had a long day so I got up locked the door and went to bed thinking I will talk to the front desk in the morning. Around 1:45 am on November 19 I woke up in absolute panic to my door slamming against the door stop. I yelled to get the F@$k out of my room. There was no verbal communication from them, them being the night shift desk person. Wide awake after I calmed down I called down to the front desk and they justified this by saying they need to find out who was in my room. The lady was extremely rude like I did something wrong. Fast forward to morning. I went to the front desk to figure out what was going on and was getting lies and excuses. First I was told that I had requested a room change and I didn't move rooms. That didn't happen. Then they said they tried to call my room all night, I was in the room all night and the phone didn't ring. Then I was told they knocked on my door multiple times...I'm a light sleeper, that didn't happen either. I asked for a manager but was told they are not in yet. I had asked to be contacted as soon as possible and didn't hear anything. I came back at lunch to confront the manager and was told they don't actually have a manager because they were fired, but the regional manager was here but at lunch. When I finally received a call from the regional manager he was not sincere or kind, couldn't tell me what had happened to cause the events that I experienced. He offered 20000 points which doesn't even cover one nights stay at this dump. I declined. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I'm a 43 ye old fat dude, nobody wants to mess with me. But can you imagine how a single mom with kids or a solo woman traveling would have felt. They do not care about your privacy.

I thought the suite might offer more privacy and we might watch fireworks on the river if they happen to have any. The room looks directly out at the parking lot. I told the girl at the desk, I think we got the wrong room. She said oh, you're in a double bed suite? I said yes. She said it you look out the window to the right you can see the river. I told her I felt that wasn't exactly what was advertised. She said well all the "riverview" double bed suites are like that. Aside from the the view, privacy is also an issue. It's an open floorplan and the bathroom door is frosted and has no lock. Are you kidding? The facility itself was nice enough. Feel they did a bait and switch. Wildly disappointed after having a long string of bad stays at IHG properties on this trip.

I moved over to this hotel, and I was extremely pleased and happy to have a clean bathroom floor without someone else's hair, no mold in the shower, the room smelled clean, the hallways smelled clean. The furniture is not damaged like the other place and overall it was $20 cheaper per night. I am a lifetime platinum Marriott, Bonvoy, and current titanium but I might never stay at a residence Inn or Fairfield Inn again. Hilton seems to have cleaner rooms and maintains their property better. I appreciate that they have a restaurant on site. The workout room looks nice and the pool area looks clean. All I expect in a hotel is a clean room, comfortable bed with comfortable pillows, and a decent TV with Internet and you guys did a much better job than your competition. Congrats!

I would have been better off staying at the Hampton Inn next door. Breakfast buffet cost $14+tax For hard burnt potato chunks, scrambled egg pellets (old and overcooked), and bacon crumbs. There were a few other things, but nothing of note. The bacon crumbs, tho very greasy tasted good. All day coffee is only available during breakfast time, I was told. Otherr coffee is from a machine at $3-5 a small cup. Some of the staff are nice and friendly.

I made my reservation online and check-in was easy and thorough! Staff were very friendly. Overall the hotel was clean and appears to have been recently updated. Free breakfast available in the morning and they have a nice sized pantry if you've forgotten anything, need a snack, etc. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. A/C kept up. There was some obvious wear and tear in certain spots in our room. One being that a wall plate was completely missing from the outlet under our desk. I noticed this because I went to use the outlet. Would be a safety issue if curious little kids found it. The hotel looked to be sold-out the second night of our visit, but we didn't hear anything from our neighbors. Our room was very quiet. We could see the airport from our window. Massive, free parking lot. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Evansville.

I've never had to use to check into the hotel so I can only review my experiences as a Casino customer. First off I love the fact the entrance area feels more secured for you, or really anyone (especially us women) to travel alone, the parking is close to hotel & the airport in general. That in itself makes it less stressful. Its mainly an entertainment complex located on the scenic banks of the Ohio River River front property in Evansville Indiana. It has the fairly large sized casino on the lower floor just inside the main entrance of the parking garage. (That is the popular single-level 24-hour casino that encompasses 45,000 square feet of gaming space featuring 1,175 slot games, over 30 table games, a Poker Room and a High Limit Room). Location overall is great, within walking distance of several bar & grills. Not to mention if you are traveling in to Evansville for an event at the Ford Center this establishment is only 10 minutes away. There's also a great bar & grill inside the casino with decent food selections for this kind of establishment. They offer great selection of alcohol, along with free fountain soft drinks. I like the convenience of the location, and that local guests, or return guests have the opportunity to sign up for a Bally's physical membership card for use in the casino area that you can set a pin number up for (keeps your money safe) and this enables you to have access to exclusive offers and ability to recieve great updates and potential savings. ***[Other things Bally's has to offer it's guests: Other recreational opportunities include fitness center, nightclub. The hotel that includes free wireless Internet access, and gift shops, Temptations Buffet with a coffee shop and other restaurants, the ability to catch a rides on the complimentary shuttle, which operates within a 3 mile radius if need be. It has a bar / lounge area for breaks which includes beverage availability. A business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and even laundry services. A 243-room hotel tower and a 95-room hotel that have coffeemakers, complimentary bottled water, and LCD TV's].***

Bally's Evansville was absolutely terrible. Upon arrival, the walk from the garage to the hotel…read morecheck-in was long. Being a people with disabilities, after having had a long day, with bags in hand, it was rough. When we got to the check-in counter, the woman changed the room we were in. We paid the extra fees to be in a room that had either a view of the city or the river view. We ended up with a room that had the maintenance road & rooftop machinery right outside our window. The shower door wouldn't open and we had to use the shower gel to lube the bottom of the door to open and close it. The water knobs were crusted to the point that they wouldn't turn. We had to fight with them for several minutes before finally working. The shower leaked badly and when I finally tried to get out, I had to relube the floor to open the door again. I was told upon check-in that we would receive $50 free play and upon reaching the game floor and asking, I was told that it was a promotion for members who stayed and we would have had to be members prior to booking. The absolute most ridiculous thing we experienced was the location of the hotel check-in counter. After the long walk from the garage to the check-in counter, we were informed that the actual hotel was on the opposite side of the property! So basically, we would have to go back the way we came, walk all the way through the casino and then we'd find the hotel entrance. The other option was to go back to the garage and drive to the hotel entrance. But when you looked at the parking on that side of the building, it was creepy and there wasn't parking near the entrance. We weren't prepared to put our new vehicle in a lot that was dark and basically open. So we had to lug our bags clear across the whole property. The hotel area actually had an unused check-in area. It was actually really nice. The reason we were given that they didn't use it... COVID. Ya. It's 2026 and Bally's is still using COVID as an excuse for customer discomfort and their convenience. So they get money savings and convenience at the expense of people who thought that they would experience what Bally's advertises. I would NEVER recommend Bally's and we will never stay at another. It was shameful.
