The room was pretty dirty I was in town for work they had cheaper prices but it wasn't untill the third morning that I woke up to checkout that I went to the bathroom and found them crawling all over the place and by then I mean roaches here's some videos I took I then immediately checked out at 2 in the morning after seeing this i left went to go wash and clean all my stuff and inspect all my electronics to make sure I didn't carry anything back with me, the staff were nice and I asked for a refund but because I stayed all three nights I couldn't receive a refund witch I suppose I understand anyways here's the videos I took the morning I checked out read more

Filthy nasty disgusting. I checked in and reviewed my room and checked out within minutes. Reeks the smell of marijuana Front desk clerk refused to check me out and charged me for all 3 nights. General manager thank me for raising concerns . This place needs to be shut down. Take a look at the photos. I can't believe they thought this is acceptable. Nasty People . I have given it a couple of days to calm down before reviewing. We have stayed at this hotel 3-4 times over the years while traveling from Florida to Indiana. It has always been relatively comfortable and clean so we decided to stop again this time. To be fair, the young lady that checked us in was pleasant and the prices were good. We requested a ground floor unit as we have a dog and were told that we got the last ground floor room. Upon entering the room the first thing I saw was a spot of blood on the bedspread. then upon further inspection, the woodwork was filthy and the floors were sticky. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year and had marks on it that I managed to wipe off with a Kleenex and water. The only reason we didn't leave was we were exhausted from our drive and had already been told it was the last room. We didn't bother with showers but just went to sleep....and it wasn't a restful sleep. The next morning a transformer was hit by lightening and we had to leave at 6:30 by the light of our phones. (The latter was no fault of the hotel) Terrible experience from check in to check out. Drive on by this one....we will from now on! read more

I travel for work and this location was literally next door to the job site that's the only positive I've for this place. It had no microwave or fridge. I had to change rooms because my bathroom was not cleaned, used towels where left on the floor and the trash was full. The parking lot was had trash everywhere which came from guests but after 2 days the trash was still there. It was cheap so i got what i paid for. 2 read more

This is my first review for anything on yelp. I advise anyone considering staying here to pay an extra $20 and go to another hotel in town. The air conditioning did not work well, my comforter had many stains on it, the furniture was worn down and the bathtub looked disgusting. I asked to get another room that had cooler air conditioning (staying here in May) and that room didn't have strong air conditioning either. Additionally, the comforter in that room had more stains. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Our room looked pretty decent at first but the beds were very uncomfortable. After a while I noticed I had some red spots on my legs and they began to itch, turns out there were fleas in our room. All over the place. We then got switched to a new room, when we arrived to that room it was filthy. There were stains all over everything and the bathtub was brown from dirt. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. If there were an option to give 0 stars I would. Although the staff were very nice, they were not much help to us. read more

Price was awesome, $55. Pretty clean, good place to crash on a road trip. Down the road is a holiday inn that is $100 per night, thus the Quality Inn better suited our needs. No bed bugs, kinda weird smell in the bathroom. Two bottles of conditioner, no shampoo. Very nice lady up front. read more

I would have done four or five stars but one thing ruined it... Everything was fine. The room was fine, the lady up front was wonderful and the location was fine. But my boyfriend and I were leaving our room and we had to get it cleaned. I was flying back to Boston for school that night and his dad was going to share the room with him that night since I was gone. Obviously, my boyfriend really wanted the bedsheets new since his dad was going to stay in the bed. We saw a lady cleaning the rooms coming towards our room. We asked her to clean our room. She said yes. After dropping me off at Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta, they get greeted by the same room, no cleaning... We had no do not disturb sign and we literally told the lady to clean the room and she didn't. It was so damn annoying. But everything else was fine. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but that situation was stupid as fuck. read more

Have stayed here before and it is not anything fancy by any means. Only dog-friendly hotel close by. But this time, the room was grossly dirty. Stains on the chair and splotchy stains on walls and doors. Bare area on carpet. For some reason, they put me in a smoking room. Wasn't happy about that either. One word: Bedbugs. I have bites all along my legs, arms, and stomach, and I've had to treat my clothes to make sure I didn't carry them home with me. :( Aside from that, found spiders and cockroaches in the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! The rooms themselves are not too bad, especially for a motel you can check in without any questions and no credit card... My boyfriend and I actually thought the place was much better than your average motel but we where also paying a bit more I think we payed a total of $77. The lady checking us in was very sweet... However it wasn't until the next morning we encountered SHIRLEY The Racist Woman who is got to take the cake for rude, unpleasant, miserable excuse of an employee who easily frustrates and whoever hired her needs a slap!! The second morning My boyfriend, who is Black with dark skin, went to the front desk to pay in full for another night comes back to our room telling me SHIRLEY would not take his money she had said there was a problem with payment, our card wasn't working, not sure if room is available etc. He also mentioned how rude and disrespectful she was to him. I mean about 4 very conflicting excuses that just didn't make any sense especially because he had taken CASH up there to pay. So I walk over there (she's never seen us together mind you), I am mixed with white skin... I go in and she is just as sweet as can be takes the money from me with just a little attitude after I question the difference in him or Me handing her payment. The next morning I go in to pay for one more day and SHIRLEY is once again there but this time she tells me we owe her $117??? I actually laughed... Basically she kept with that and after I argued with her for about 10 min she refused to call manager for me and picked up phone to call police and made us leave!!! Hmm seeing as how we where perfect mannered no trouble quiet guests... and. SHIRLEY of Quality Inn seems to have a serious problem with black guests and anyone accompanying them!! This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in a long time. We got in our first room and the cigarette smoke was terrible (our reservation was for non-smoking) and there was a fingernail on the side table by the bed. We asked to switch and the young man working was very nice and gave us another room. The second room smelled much better but there was a hair on the towel, 2 hairs on a pillow and another on the top of the shore folded over sheet easily seen. Great hotel for the price was exactly what i was looking for. Pet friendly at no extra cost, Our room had a very nice new modern mini fridge and microwave as well as flat screen tv. Very comfy bed great pillows and blankets. A/c worked great made our room very cold very fast and curtains were great kept our room dark in the morning. Had everything i needed and had free breakfast in the morning 5am-11am waffles made to order, bagels, egg disks, biscuits and gravy, and prepackaged muffins and danishes in 3 flavors each. Also 3 types of cereal, orange juice and coffee. Will come back when im the area again. read more

This spot is a absolute DUMP we walked in and there was just about five stains on ONE chair. There were spiders in the sink, and we asked for a non-smoking room but we were given one anyways! There were multiple burn holes in the comforters and only two pillows, several mysterious dark stains in our comforters and holes in all the walls, notes saying "clean the microwave" and when I opened the microwave it wasn't even clean. There was a mat inside the shower which is already a no go for a shower in a hotel, and it was BROWN!!! Do not book this hotel absolutely disgusting. We checked out as soon as we got there and looked at the room. I suggest you just pay another $20 to stay somewhere else. read more

Service was very good. Staff were polite and helpful. Wi-fi worked very well, and the room was nice and clean. We slept great in the beds as they were very comfortable. We have been staying at this hotel for the past 7 years. I own a business and book several rooms for staff as well throughout the year. The hotel changed ownership and it has definitely gone downhill. My staff had an issue with things working properly in her room and there were bugs that she found on her sheets. She went to the front desk and the gentleman (Owner) was extremely rude to her. He said that housekeeping was gone and she would have to live with it. He spoke down to her and was rude. She stated that was unacceptable and he said "Too Bad". She called me (her boss) and put me on the phone with him. I introduced myself and let him know that I was the owner of the business that had staff staying with him. I explained that we have been staying with them for the past 7 years. I asked him to switch her room since she had bugs on her sheets. He was irate and yelled at me. He told us to get out of his hotel and to not come back ever again. I kindly let him know that was not an option since we had already paid for the room and he wouldn't give us a refund. I let him know that he needed to transfer her to another room. I didn't think our request was unreasonable. Apparently I was wrong. He continued to yell at me. I told him that I was going to call Corporate and file a complaint. He said "Go ahead, I'm the Owner and they aren't going to do anything to me". I was flabbergasted as I have never been spoke to that way. Less than one star! My insurance booked a hotel for me during renovations at my home. Because I have 2 small Yorkies Quality Inn was the only hotel in my area to accept pets. I am shocked and appalled by the room I was assigned. The carpet was absolutely FILTHY, the bathtub was black (have they ever cleaned it). The chrome had peeled off the faucets. There were stains on the ironing board, and the chairs. Stains on the walls!! There were burns on the carpet and spots on the carpet everywhere of "I don't know what"! The room smelled so bad. I called my husband at work (he works nights) and said I want to leave. But I had no where to go and it wasn't safe at my house. The room was so dirty and smelly I didn't want to put my little dogs on the floor. This is such a disgrace that they are still in business. I was afraid of bed bugs too. I got up early and left at 6 a.m. because I could not stand the smell. Horrible, horrible. NEVER STAY THERE, EVER! I notified my insurer of this awful place and I was moved to Holiday Inn Express. They do not take dogs so I had to make other arrangements. read more
