Very run down and dirty! For what they charge one would think it was kept up. Showers did not spray well. Room was very noisy due to air conditioning unit. read more

Five stars for the price which I got a deal on through Priceline after my flight got cancelled going home. Five stars for cleanliness of my room and bathroom and well-heated room. Two stars for the renovations going on that made the lobby dark, sketchy looking, and abandoned. Five stars for the hot tub which was clean and pool towels that were fresh and available. The heater was strong in my room, so no chill on Christmas Eve! It is also conveniently located by Walmart which is 0.4 miles down the road. Not that I went to Walmart, but still it is convenient in case I want to go last minute Christmas shopping or to grab some groceries. I believe this is my first time staying in a Quality Inn--I appreciate the value for the product. Well-done! read more

I stayed here end of June - first few days of July. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the guy running breakfast. When he was in the dining area he was either refilling the food or wiping down tables. I didn't give 5 stars because they don't have an elevator. read more

Awful, filthy, smelly, outdated hotel. Should be torn down. Pool & hot tub inside stink & cloudy water. Gross breakfast despite website advertisement. No restaurant or bar as outlined on website. Shady looking people all around. Do NOT waste your money. read more

I decided to establish a scale for rating hotels and motels. I apply the same scale for "luxury" hotels as well as economy motels as I stay in all types depending on where I am traveling and the purpose. After cleanliness there is no particular order. 1. Cleanliness. YES 2. Comfort of bed THE BEST NIGHTS SLEEP SO FAR 3. Comfort of pillows. Are there both firm and soft available. THERE WERE 5 pillows on the bed, firm and soft. 4. How new is the room decor and fixtures 5. Quality of room. This includes size, temperature, smell, lighting. The best thing was we could open the window and get fresh air!! 6. Quality of bathroom. This includes size, lighting, ventilation. Could have been brighter. 7. Bathroom amenities. These include magnifying mirror, presentation, quantity and quality of toiletries. Softness of tissue and towels. Average 8. Friendliness of staff. The staff was pleasant. 9. Noise. Road noise, adjacent room noise, air conditioner noise. Minimal 10. Price. Was it worth the price I paid all things considered? This includes proximity to conferences and activities. Good price. $95 for the night for a Kingsized bed with a hot breakfast included. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE. There are several other hotels in Craig that are much nicer. This place is old, run down and smells musty. The rooms are old and dingy. The price per night is overpriced and if you have any issues the Manager (Diane) will wait till you leave before she reaches out. I booked a room for a 7 day stay. I was elk hunting north of Craig. I booked through the hotel's customer service phone number; not a third party. When I checked in I looked on the hotel's website and found my same room for $30 cheaper per night. I requested a price adjustment and was told by front desk staff that only the manager could do this. After 8 days, 2 voice messages and 3 emails the manager Diane finally responded via an email to me. Mind you that I had already checked out. Her email was informal and basically said NO CHANGES will be made to my bill. That amounted to being overcharged $210. What a money hungry manager. So much for customer service. I will never stay there again and my advice to you is don't stay here either. Hampton Inn and Suites is around the corner and is a much newer and nicer. They are priced about the same. This hotel, compared to the 2 others next door, is a dump. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

Nice hotel - clean and fairly quiet. Great breakfast and nice inside pool. Prices more reasonable that a lot in the area.

Rooms not bad, hallways and other than main entrances need work. What I really don't understand is with a hotel so big and very few guest, why they put you so close together, so the noise from the next door room keeps you awake Not to mention the barking dog read more

We were a little leery prior to arrival as the Quality Inn in Marshall, MI where we had stayed a week or so fell short in our expectations (see my review). Plus this one was priced less. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by a new hire (KKelle per the checkout statement but it was Katie) and Natalie (statement said "sobers" so I could be wrong). As the first person was helping another guest on the phone, Natalie checked us in. She upgraded us to a nice suite (we are rewards members). That was a nice treat. She was very friendly and funny. When we got to our room, we noticed the shower curtain bar was under repair and the tub had debris in it. I went to the desk and Natalie was apologetic. Seems the Maintenance Man had forgotten to mark the room unavailable. As we wanted to stay on the first floor, she searched and got us a 2-queen bed suite which was was fine with us. There was a king suite on the 2nd floor but we like the 1st floor since there is not an elevator, she offered to get our things moved. That was nice of her but the queen room was just fine. The suite was very large and had a full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. There was NOT however a sponge or towels to clean the dishes. I could tell from the layout this used to be a Holiday Inn Hollidome. Not sure how many people remember these but they were very popular once. When I asked, the desk confirmed it once was. And I think that is why this property had a few suites. The breakfast was a grab and go. No milk but juice machine was there. It was ok. We got some nice suggestions for dining options. Check out was quick. We would recommend this Quality Inn. read more

This place on their website advertises a bar and restaurant. No bar or restaurant. It is closed. No mention of that until you get to the front desk. No ESPN or sports channels of any kind. No pool parties. It's like trying to live in a library. Rooms are clean. AC works great. Other than that, I would not reccomend for someone traveling.. read more

Reserved a king suite a week prior to our arrival, when we got here, all of the king suites were already taken, and was given a double bed suite for the same price. When we got to the room, found wallpaper peeling from the tops of the walls, three of the four chairs for the dinette broken, coffee table broken, both A/C units blowing warm air, and the refrigerator not cold. Windows open, but to not latch open, and no screens to keep the bugs out. Toilet runs constantly. Would not recommend a stay here. read more

Lower than zero. The worst part is the staff. But the rooms are horrible too. Staff: the doors don't work. My room key only worked one time and stopped working. I went to the desk to get it fixed and the woman said "you need to use it in the right door", yes, I can read numbers. It was the right door. Then she suggested I try it a few more times. No, I had been trying for 15 minutes. I asked her to reset it, she asked for my ID, fine. She said "I don't have a reservation in your name", I told her it might be under my husbands name (same last name). She said "there's no reservation with that name either". Ironic, because there is and I told her the room number. Then suddenly the story was "well then I need to see his ID", fair enough. However, I was told his wallet was still in the room. So I asked if housekeeping would be able to go in and get his wallet. She claimed "we don't have housekeeping", well, that explains why the rooms are gross. I asked how I'm supposed to get his ID then, she said "sorry, I can't help you". Are you kidding me?! So if you lock your wallet in your room and the key stops working, you just don't get to gather the rest of your belongings to leave this awful place. Rooms: someone decided having a pool in the middle of the lobby was a great idea. So water drips off all the glass, walls, windows and doors. The drywall tape is peeling off the walls and there mildew on everything. It stinks so bad. The rooms are dirty, like absolutely filthy. Probably because they don't have housekeeping. The rooms are so hot because of the pool and humidity, and the a/c doesn't work. The curtains are too far from the wall to keep the hall lights from shining in your face, the TVs don't work, like any of them in any place of the motel, and the keys to the room don't work. read more

Don't. Just don't. Go somewhere else. I don't know what they're doing with the ridiculous amount of money they charge you to stay here but it most definitely isn't going back into the business. read more

The staff was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. The hot water or the lack of is making us think twice before booking a room there again. We arrived in he evening and around 8 I went to get a hot bath but there was no hot water. We were told that the pump had quit and they were working on it. In the morning my husband took a shower with no hot water at all. Fortunately for me I had a hot shower at 10AM. The next morning I was expecting a hot shower but again at 8 am there was absolutely no hot water! If I book a room there again we will ask first if they are having issues with their hot water. read more

I stayed here a couple of nights prior to moving to Craig. I have spent a LOT of time in hotels so I know what I should find. INDOOR swimming pool! I was not expecting that. Very clean, quiet, convenient. Complementary breakfast included with the room. The breakfast is SO good and such a good value that I still visit the restaurant for a very quick, convenient, and tasty breakfast. read more
