Gentleman at counter was very friendly and courteous. Our room was very roomy and very clean. Breakfast offerings were typical but just fine. They had EV charging stations out front if you need. I would not hesitate to stay here again if going through the area again. read more

I got a room thru booking.com for $93. The room itself was descent. Woke up at 1 am to use the bathroom and toilet overflowed all over the bathroom. Had to get dressed and go to the office to get plunger. Man was nice enough to tell me I could leave it in the room. How sweet huh. When I asked for a few extra towels he made sure I knew exactly how many he had given me so I knew to leave them in the room. Then after I checked out of the room they charged my card $180 to my card for smoking in the room. The clerk I had checked in with had told me I could smoke in the room. I went back to the office and explained it to him. He once again lied to me and told me he would give me back $80 and he only gave me back $30. They are crooked and liars. What a pleasant surprise! We stayed here with our family and two large dogs. The room was extremely spacious, with plenty of room for the dogs to wander around and sleep. There was even a little alcove to the side of the toilet for the dogs' water and food bowls in the bathroom. We had an end unit on the lower level, and it was pretty quiet as well. The room was clean, carpet well padded, and sheets spotless. I expected a weird pet smell but there wasn't any. (This was wonderful, as I'm highly allergic to cats.) Stayed here last night... Got in early enough to use the outdoor pool which which was nice ... Room was very clean updated furniture. Very comfortable bed and pillows Bathroom was very clean with plenty of plush fluffy towels They have smoking and non smoking rooms The have big flat screen tv Fridge and microwave iron and ironing board and coffee makers Free wifi Free breakfast with lots of choices.... If you get there warily enough Lots of truck an trailer / large vehicle parking Pet friendly but they do charge $15 per pet CDL discount I would have given 5 stars except 1) the room did have a mildew smell to it 2) went down to get breakfast and first off not much of anything left. They were busy but they should keep it stocked until it's over... And sign said no food taken back to rooms must eat there ... Well it was full no place to set so we did take it back to the room 3) the pool was fairly clean however there was a lot of sand and leaves in the bottom of the pool. Sand I understand is hard to keep out in an area like that but no excuse for old leaves to be in there and only three chairs and one table for whole pool area.. No lounge chairs to suntan And I felt it a little pricy for what you get But all in all it is a decent place ... Minus the mildew smell in our room Very friendly staff !! I stayed at the Quaility Inn - Adairsville, Georgia at 107 Princeton Blvd. I have been threatened by the front desk worker Tami at this Quality Inn that I will be vacated from the premises & also was told I can no longer stay here. This is a violation of my rights as a citizen to be denied services of which no action by me provoked this threat to happen. On Friday on the 25th I called the hotel to give a curtesy in asking to stay in the lobby upon Check In at about 1:30pm. The front desk person Tami said Check In is at 3pm & No One is allowed to stay in the Lobby. I asked why? Because it's a Lobby, that's what a Lobby is for? Tami had told me that she could have people Roaming around the Hotel. It didn't make sense. So over an hour my wife & I waited with our luggage at a construction site down the road. We are Team Truck Drivers with Alfa Company. We are having our Semi Truck worked on at Volvo/Vanguard down the street. This morning , 30th if March, at the Inn breakfast I asked another Front Desk person on duty if it's allowed people to stay in the lobby awaiting a room prior Check In time. She told my wife and I of course you can & if a room is available you could go in a little earlier. The Front Desk Tami did not tell us that & also the Hotel was Full. This is hard to believe because all weak the Inn has been mostly empty. After dealing with this front desk person I tried to avoid dealing with her. She talked with an attitude and not nice at all. Today we were short on towels and I went to ask for some at the front desk. I couldn't avoid the timing that it was this Tami. Sure enough she gave a hard time about getting towels saying why I didn't ask the house cleaning. All she needed to do was give us some. I said never mind & walked away. Later today on this 30th of March she called with a demanding voice saying I need to come down & Check In. I told her I already Checked In with the other Front Desk person this morning because this is the truth. I gave a my license & credit card for this third time Checking In this morning at Check Out time of 11am to the other Nice Front Desk person. Tami said well you need to come do it again in a nasty voice. I told her I don't if I already Checked In & let me speak to someone else, a Supervisor or Manager. I just didn't want to have to be stressed dealing with this lady & her horrible attitude. She said there was no one else & she was in charge here. Tami said she didn't see us check in. She said she was in charge. Tami said you will be thrown out of the hotel if you don't come down. So I came down in defense. I told her I had never dealt with such attitude. This is the truth. She said I had attitude. I told her she had given nothing but attitude since coming to the hotel. This Front Desk Tami called me a Dick(nasty)word & said she can have me thrown out of the Hotel if I don't like it. She also said I am not allowed to stay at this Hotel any longer. She threw my license on the floor & she cursed at me while I left the lobby. I can't believe it. I never swore at this Tami lady. I did express that I didn't like her attitude. I have done nothing to deserve this disgusting & completely unprofessional behavior. This is unbelievable. I want full competition. I Need Immediate Response. I am under threat of being vacated from the premises. My wife & I are good people. We have no criminal record. We are quiet & clean. I try to help the cleaning staff by keeping the room very tidy. We only asked for one cleaning of room in nearly a week. All the other staff have been great. We have been no trouble to the Quality Inn nor shall we be. The Assistant manager said he cannot find other workers & offered no comped or this harassment. Protect yourself & families. Don't risk the stress of staying at this Inn. Michael Leroux read more

I stayed in this motel and there were ants in the bathroom, a couple of dead roaches, room was old, & there was a stain on the white sheets. We stayed here to attend a friend's wedding at the Barnsley Gardens Resort, and I really wished there were a better hotel in this area. We stayed here on our back up from Indiana and we're pleasantly surprised. It is a more no-frills, however, the beds were very comfy and the room was very clean. The parking lot was lit and clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. My one complaint would be about it the free breakfast. The scrambled eggs were very dry and the orange juice was very watered down. The coffee was tolerable but not much better than that BUT they had waffles , biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs and other baked good that were good. Fending .machines don't work the rooms are ok . The pillow top beds are just a pillow top added the tvs are only a 32 inch flat screen. The outside property is kind of trashy read more
