I know little about the painting industry and he took the time to explain the process of what he was going to be doing to the interior of my home, as I was concerned. Him and his employees were very respectful and courteous to me and my family while on the job not to mention very knowledgeable. When the job was finished I found no traces of paint splatter, no scratches on anything and I REALLY appreciated that they respected my home as much as they did. I've since re-hired them to fix up my back deck and re-stain it and I'm confident I will get the same quality I've gotten on the first job. I needed 4 rooms and the hallway painted. There was also some dry wall repair needed. Gerald arrived to do the estimate on time. When meeting Gerald for the first time, he looked me in the eye when speaking to me and shook my hand. He also offered to remove his shoes. Gerald is very personable and professional, yet, relaxed. Gerald and I sat in the living room when giving me his quote, which was very specific and completed before he left. The quote came to my device via text and email. I was pleased with the price and paid the deposit right then (electronically). We agreed when the work would begin. One attribute I appreciate about Gerald, is he means what he says and says what he means. Gerald kept me informed during every step of the process. When he says he will arrive at 0800, he arrives at 0800. If the paint store is busy and he will be late, he contacted me. His communication skills are fantastic. Another positive attribute is his willingness to accommodate my particular needs and make adjustments. This happened when I decided to change what moldings would be painted and which moldings would not be painted. Gerald came back after the job was complete, when I messed up some moldings removing carpet from two bedrooms. I was pleased enough with Gerald's work that I hired him to paint the outside of our house. Again, he did what he said he would do. His quality of work was as excellent on the outside painting as the inside painting. Gerald was neat and respectfully of the property both in and out.

I was referred to Adam Kahl and his company Kahl Remodeling. First off, Adam seems to do just about anything, he can build a garage, put up fences (which I had him do for my parents) to building handicap ramps (which he is also going to do for us), windows and more. Being 28 hours away and entrusting my elderly parents into someone's care was a concern for me, Adam did an incredible job on the fence, I was beyond impressed. He is fast, trustworthy, more than fair in his pricing and goes above and beyond to do the best. I was so impressed with his service I felt the need to write this review; he is the man to go to for construction in Mercer County. I can't say enough about him and I plan on using him from now on for all of the repairs/remodeling on my parents house. Had to share! good help is hard to find!

Once he got here it took him 6 hours to fix our mess because he had to remove and replace deck boards and everything else in sub zero temperatures. When he was all done he stuck by his original quote which was ludacris to me after all his time here. He is very meticulous and neat.
