HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! We purchased a 5 yr old home in…read moreDandridge in early 2016. One of the selling points for us was the extensive amount of pavers, brickwork, and retaining walls installed by the previous owner. In approximately April of 2016 I discovered that dozens, perhaps hundreds, of pavers used to construct the extensive amount of steps and walkways leading from the main house to the lake were separating and coming apart. This made walking on these walkways extremely hazardous since they are on a substantial incline and going downhill on loose pavers virtually assures a fall. (This happened to me, my wife, and others.) If this wasn't bad enough, I also found the pavers used to encase our pool deck had begun to separate and sag. This allowed water to get under the pavers and compromise the retaining wall upon which a portion of the pool deck rested. With some research I found who did the work. It was NatureScapes. I called the company and the owner came to survey the situation. He immediately took responsibility for the poor workmanship and assured me he would repair everything to my satisfaction. However, after working one week on and two to three weeks off from May to October or November and assuring me all along the way that they would repair the steps and the deck......Naturescapes did neither. Finally in November the foreman informed me that they had too much other work and they could not devote the labor to repair their work despite being assured to the contrary. They left me with dozens of steps to repair (it's a design flaw) and thousands of pavers to replace along with 12 brick columns that had to be disassembled and reassembled. I hired someone to assist me and we worked the entire winter to reconstruct and repair the mess NatureScapes left on my property. They cost me thousands of dollars, a summer with no pool, and we are still repairing paver separation incidents around the property a year and a half later. I can certainly relate to the other post about Naturescapes. I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM ON A BET!!

They installed and we noticed after they left large space between countertop and the backsplash and several chips out of the quartz. I called the company and they sent the installers back. They said they would discuss with their boss and get back to us what they could do to fix it. We didn't hear from them so after four business days we called them. Owner had an attitude said our walls weren't straight. My husband asked the owner how many perfect walls he had seen. His answer was none. Which is true that is why we assumed they came and took laser measurements to insure a custom fit. The owner blamed the bow in our wall and took no responsibility and refused to fix the problem. My husband is a contractor so he knew that was not a good excuse. the owner hung up on him. I called back and asked why they didn't tell us they were having a problem getting it to fit to see what we thought and he hung up on me too. I definitely would not recommend these people!
