It reflects negatively on the business. Man at the barber shop that tried to help me was great. Informed me that the barber that shall not be named probably was the one who accepted my appointment. He called out sick. I also understand there was nothing to fit me in. I haven't paid for a hair cut or beard trim in over a decade. This just leave a sour taste in my mouth.
