From initially calling to describe the job, to the initial on-site consult and the work itself being done, Rob (the owner) was professional and extremely communicative. Typically with situations like this you may expect difficult communication or lack of follow-up, but Rob kept in constant contact with me. Knowing I had other work that had to be done on the house first (electrical), he was flexible and able to move the job date as needed, and then quick to schedule me for the demolition when the other work was completed. On the day of the job, Rob arrived precisely at the time he said he would the day before, kept me constantly updated throughout the day on progress, and completed the entire project in less than 8 hours. He was on the job site for the majority of the day, and even let me know when he was going to have his employees take a break, or if he had to go off-site for a bit. At the end of the job, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were no hidden fees or sudden additions to the price I was quoted (cash discount too!), and even more surprised to find my entire yard was immaculate - there wasn't a single nail, shard of glass or piece of wood debris left behind. The dirt in the area where the shed and deck were previously standing were smoothed over completely. The post-job cleanup was by far one of the most amazing aspects of this, as I had had all of my windows replaced throughout my home by another company several weeks earlier that left nails, screws and debris all over my property. The contents of the shed was separated between plastic metal chemicals, propane tanks, metal poles, outdoor furniture, yard, umbrellas, and stands Old outdoor grill, multiple fire pits made of metal and heavy gauge, drive on lawnmower, push lawnmower and varied yard debris. Called the main number and was able to send photographs of all the items we needed to be removed along with requesting a specific timeframe in which we'd like the Junk to be removed. They got back to me the very same day with a few questions via text message and provided me a price and could remove the items in the timeframe we required. Exceptional service answered all our questions ~ box truck arrived timely as they do several pick ups a day from various locations and have to bring the debris to various scrap yards. So any client should understand you will have a timeframe to which they will be arriving setting up and then the box truck arrives and is filled. It will leave an empty It's contents and come back if necessary removing everything from our property. Their name " UNDERCUT JUNK REMOVAL does not disappoint as they did UNDERCUT several other companies that I had called. They didn't know what the others had charged and still their price was below.!!'
