These guys are very professional, and do a great job. They did such an awesome job with my lawn and…read morewere very detailed without having to ask or cleaning up after them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their yard/ lawn maintenance and are reasonably priced.

Mr. Knight ended up coming by July 4th weekend and had flyers and business cards. My family and I…read morewere preparing our usual BBQ and quality time with each other. At first I thought "who is out on July 4th weekend in this heat on foot." He approached very respectfully and stated he was just starting his new lawn company called LRJ Landscaping and Lawn Care and that he had a special going on for the holiday weekend. Of course I had family over and we were engaging in outside activities so it would of been hard to mow while I had guests. I took Mr. Knights card and flyer and said I will give him a call. I called the number on card and spoke to Mr. Knight directly. For my front and back yard he said he would respect the flyer and charge me $100 for both. I appreciated his effort and quite frankly while my family and I were enjoying our weekend with each other. Mr Knight was out making it happen. Didn't matter the day or the climate outside. He later explained on the phone that LRJ is actually his grandmother's initials. This young man is exactly the kind of drive and ambition I love to see. Mr. Knight you are hired and I will see you this weekend. Mrs. Smith

Great people and excellent service. We use them at home and the office. They are able to do…read moreeverything ... mowing the grass, implementing a fertilizer program, installing or servicing the irrigation system, landscape design, and sod and landscape installation. If it relates to your yard and outdoor space, they can take care of it. The lawn at the office looks great, since MasterScapes does everything for it. They mow weekly and fertilize regularly. They have automated my irrigation system at the house, and fertilize the yard regularly. I have considerably fewer weeds than when I was fertilizing myself. They know what they are doing and will do an outstanding job. What I like best is they can do it all, but you can have them only do what you need.

I hate to say it, but this company has gone downhill. I had them do my chemicals for years. I was…read morepleased with the way my yard looked. Two years ago, I added mowing and bed maintenance. I wanted to do my own mowing, but could no longer take care of the beds. They told me they could only take care of my beds if I included mowing, as they would not do it separately. I reluctantly agreed. They never did anything to the beds unless I called. They mowed the grass too short way into Dec. 2023, and I lost a lot of St. Augustine in the freezes that year. Their rep said it was because of everything under the sun except their having scalped the yard well into cooler weather: he said I had too much shade, and I needed topsoil and I should aerate. So, I had the trees thinned and trimmed (per HIS recommendation); I let them aerate and add topsoil. The grass was just starting to recover last summer when they mowed it too short all the way into December again. I lost half of what was left of my grass. Now they are saying I still have too much shade, etc. The deal is, I have had the same shade level for almost 15 years. The yard looked pretty nice when I was able to care for it; now I have mostly bare dirt. When I told them I wanted to drop the mowing service but keep the chemical service, the rep told me they don't do separate packages like that anymore. Oh, and they don't consistently return calls, nor do messages get to the crew that actually does the work. Lately, I was calling at least once a week, sometimes more, to try to get them to quit scalping the yard every time they mowed what little grass I have, and give it a chance to recover. But the crew told me they had not been told. Oh, and it's a different crew every time. This is to say nothing of the broken sprinkler heads and flagstones. So, I am sure I have become the caller that they say, "Oh, no, it's her again." But they wouldn't hear from me if they were doing things right. At any rate, I fired them from the mowing, and they "fired" me from the chemicals. I guess we are even.
