Staying here you'd never know it still wasn't. - It's a seashell's throw from balcony to seashore. - It's the Moorish inspired architecture, the pools and seaside jacuzzis, the plush palms and left-spectrumed Sun lit hues. - It's their Michelin star Chef ~ a m a z i n g ! - It's the seaside spa, massage area and gym. The staff are courteous, humorous and attentive when need be. The open air dining room is breezy and bright. There is secure parking and the food is uniquely delicious and wholly unforgettable. When the hottest time of the day dons near, request "Une Mauresque s'il vous plaît." Get back to me on what you think. It's now my fav cocktail. Dans l'ensemble, cette Villa est superbe!

When I think of a Best Western, the adjectives Luxurious, 5-Star, Grandeur and Magnificent, to list…read morea few, rarely come to mind. However, there it is, right on the water in the heart of the French Riviera! To clarify, I still might not use those adjectives, but there's no denying the location is spot on! And the set up is pretty nice. For full disclosure though, I cannot attest to the overall value since I did not pay for my room, Uncle Sam did. However, I'd imagine due to the location it was not cheap, which explains why they forced us to double up. Speaking of doubling up, Europe's version of a double is two twin beds pushed together. So naturally you and your roomie pull the twins apart for a little elbow and breathing room. However, the room was so small that after doing that there was still maybe two feet in between the beds at best. A little close for my comfort, but hey, it was free, right? Clean enough, the breakfast buffet was nice, and the hotel bar had a nice enough selection. Once again, location is spot on and right on the water. I'd give it another go if in the area again, and if your roomie and you are of the intimate nature, I'm sure you won't mind the close proximity of the beds. Cheers!

Do yourself a favor. If you're traveling from out of country, stay far away. First, our room was…read moreextremely unclean. We had been traveling for weeks in Europe. We stayed at everything from 4 star hotels to hostels. We booked this through our credit card rewards thinking it would be a great deal. It was anything but that. The room had a weird stench to it, the bathroom was grimey, it felt like someone just showered there and didn't bother to clean. To top that off, the service was deplorable. I speak a fair amount of French, but got a very "i'm better than you" snootiness from the staff. They were not helpful when we asked for local things to do. They always seemed like they had better things to do, like, we're the only ones standing in front of you. What the heck. It was a bad way to end our trip.
