It took over two weeks before any movement was made, and I had to call to get anything done. During those calls, the nurse or receptionist was rude, I was hung up on, and they did not give my insurance enough information to authorize the medication that has been working for me since 2012. If you're considering visiting this business, don't. You'll get much better care from another provider.

The idea I got was that they thought I was making stuff up because the symptoms I gave sounded like I was reading out of a diagnostic manual. They said I only gave vague details at the same time. Ok,if that's true,shouldn't they have investigated further or referred me to a different specialist or gone about the mental evaluation in a different manner??It should have been obvious I had difficulty with verbal communication. They gave me a vague diagnosis that I know was not right and rushed me out that day. How professional! Also,they claimed I had a non-native accent and insinuated that I may have been lying about having lived only in Iowa and Illinois. WTH??!! Either the doctor needed a hearing test,or if that was true,maybe they should have referred me to a neurologist or delved further. That would be pretty strange if you ask me!!
