The membership is expensive and for a year i transferred from Kilashee but Im going back. The opening hours suck. closed holidays. Sundays 10am -5pm. Most people want to go early in the day or late at night so the day can be used for other things like work etc. We dont all work 9-5 Mon Friday locally.

Zumba is great, Pilates, Yoga! Weights on the ground floor - packed on Monday to Wednesday evenings (6-8 pm) Thursday Friday better - weekends it depends. All good- most of the equipment is working. You can ask staff to show you how to use it. There is basketball-football court upstairs on the 2d floor - you can reserve it for the kid's party or football fun game - ask reception for the info! You can get your chart ( info.desk on the ground floor)- measure yourself (weight, height, etc.) And you can set your goal and go ahead- with the trainer or by yourself! wear your wellies and prepare to get down and dirty! this little pet farm is located just at the…read moreoutskirts of Carlow town. there are a few animals, although not too many actual farm animals but you can see a cow or two in the distance. but they do have rabbits, snakes, guinea pigs and some falabella ponies and donkeys. the children get to handle and hold the small animals under supervision of the farm staff and then get a ride on the wee pony or the donkey for the older children. there are plenty of tractors and go-carts to ride on. basically this place is good for at least 2 hours fun for the children. there is an indoor cafe for the adults. i believe that the farm are going to have a little musuem for antique farm equipment, they are only open about 1 year i think.

This is one place that is great for kids as they have lots to do and giving the adults a well…read moresought break great place for camping been coming the past 5 years and our kids love it from 15,10 and 5 year old they totaly enjoy the time spent here the cafe is well priced and petting farm,barrell train,play ground,hay bales is great for young kids and most of all for me is family time in the afternoon (with no wifi)only when your in the cafe. This is the best campsite that we have stayed at in a long time and will be a long time finding one to beat it thats just my view everyone to their own.
