However, their rules for using credit, even when it's them canceling the classes, is extremely restrictive and unreasonable. We gave the required notice to discontinue the tutoring and requested to use the dates missed due to the flooding and we were told we could not use the make-up sessions that were missed (through no fault of ours) since we were discontinuing the tutoring. I ended up leaving without ever being able to use my "credit" and lost a month of payments. Additionally, my son did not show any improvement. This place is a rip-off. There are many tutors out there. Don't settle for these guys.
