The collectors are fine but if you ever have a problem with a bill as I did (getting charged for something I felt should have been rebated) your chances of getting through to QML's overseas call center are remote, I wrote a letter that they ignored, sent emails to what turned out to be a discontinued customer service address, on about the 6th try and a half hour wait got someone on the phone, ended up paying the bill to try to get the money direct from Medicare, and then a debt collector started sending me no-reply texts.
