Condescending and lacking a scintilla of empathy and adherence to their " Hippocratic oath". A genuinely poor reflection on the INSPIRE Brand itself--and such a completely unfocused approach to patient- centered care. I was so turned off that when asked by an INSPIRE representative( post the appointment ) if I would " care to shift to the Eisenhower Sleep Study " -- I replied that I would never engage with any entity associated with the INSPIRE PROGRAM. A pathetic example of Medicine and colossal failure in patient handling. The team at Desert Cities need extensive training in patient management and engagement-- and should be required to read Dale Carnegie's classic book on human interaction and behavior-- "How to win friends and influence people". Because this office LOST in both of these categories. Note: This honest review joins a LONG list of ONE-STAR reviews. And it frankly appears that Desert Allergies does not value|care|endeavor to address their underwhelming method of services. Because the " Hits" just keep on coming! HARD PASS.

I was not greeted at all. Instead of a simple hello or acknowledgment at check in, a staff member pointed at a wall with a tablet without a smile or courtesy. I then spent approximately 45 minutes in the waiting room, observing both the front and back office as they avoided eye contact and acted visibly annoyed when asked questions. I have nothing negative to say about the doctors themselves; however, the behavior of the office staff reflects poorly on the practice as a whole. I strongly encourage management to provide additional customer service training, as the staff is unfortunately creating a very negative impression for the patients.

They told me my issue wasn't a priority compared with everyone else who by the way didn't look like any of them were on deaths door. This I feel is reverse discrimination! I had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment until everyone else was seen and the waiting room cleared out twice. The doctor was good and caring but I was not pleased with the way I was dismissed by the two receptionists. They told me I would be seen if no other emergencies came in. Probably one of the worst urgent care experiences I've had. I would never come back here unless…read moreevery other local urgent care was closed. Their appointment system literally makes zero sense and the front desk / nurse staff the day I came was so incompetent I was almost scared to be seen here. The saving grace and why I bumped them up at least one star is the doctor was lovely and personable, but by the time I got to her the damage had been done... First off, as others have documented do not believe that they genuinely have "appointments" and they should just scrap this whole system. When I called to see how long the wait time was, I was told without an appointment the wait was about 30 minutes (which isn't even bad) - however they recommended I make an appointment so that I could be seen sooner, seemed like an absolute win if they were already saying the wait time was 30 minutes without an appointment, so I assumed with an appointment you were seeing probably immediately or at least within 15 minutes, so I made an appointment over the phone. When I walked in, it was extremely busy and I learned after sitting there that 90% of the people waiting also had an "appointment." I found out the girl working the front desk was also floating as a nurse so I can say they were understaffed as someone who is working the front desk likely shouldn't also be taking clients in the back.... this girl was "nice" but it also seemed like it was her first day on the job... at check-in she just gave me papers without instructions and has zero communication skills. I could tell a lot of people interacting with her could tell she was a little bit off and not super professional. Also, in my time waiting to get called in a lot of people ended up becoming agitated with her because it seemed like no appointment times were respected and people were questioning why she had given certain wait times etc. She had no legitimate answer that made sense. Despite having this so-called "appointment" I didn't get called to be seen in the back for an hour and a half..... remember I was told without an appointment The wait time was 30 minutes. Super crazy and unprofessional. They really just need to scrap the appointment thing because it's kind of insulting for people to pretend this is OK. All in all I was there about two hours. An hour and a half to make it to the back and a quick interaction with the doctor to be out at the two hour mark. The final part that pissed me off is when I was leaving, I asked the girl at the front for a printout of my paperwork now that I was able to check out... Despite there still being clients, the front desk girl/nurse told me she had already logged out of the system for the day...I was polite but told her if she has customers/patient still there why would she shut down the system, knowing people need their documentation? She didn't again give me an answer, but just said she would turn the system back on which kept me waiting another 15 minutes. I got my paperwork and left. The doctor again was great and very empathetic, thank goodness for that experience because overall it was a pretty icky place to be when you're really sick given the unprofessionalism and lack of structure at this urgent care....I hope I don't ever have to come back here, but I'm thankful at the minimum I got some medication that I needed and a diagnosis from a caring doctor.

My first breast augmentation was in 2006 with Dr. Suzanne Quardt, and from the very beginning the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Since then, I've continued returning for medspa services and have consistently had excellent experiences. Both Samantha Marchesson, RN, and Angela Wright, NP, are extremely skilled and knowledgeable in all things skin-related. My concerns are always addressed in an educational, thoughtful, and planned way, and I couldn't be happier with my results. More recently, I've been seeing Angela, and she takes great care in helping me work toward my long-term goals without ever making me feel rushed. What I appreciate most is the honesty and professionalism. I always leave feeling confident that the results we're aiming for are not only right for me, but truly achievable. In a world where social media can push trends and unrealistic expectations, it's important to find a local practice with a reputation built on real, lasting results. At some point I wasn't satisfied with the long office wait times (I was on time) and wasn't particularly thrilled with my outcome. I tried a dermatologist in the desert and thought the outcome was okay but didn't appreciate the long wait time for my appt, when I was on time.
