Jenya (and staff) have consistently returned calls/emails and, unlike many businesses, who might "fudge" their way through a topic about which they're not certain, Rose Tax will refer you to other resources who can assist with your specific questions. I appreciate this - would much rather have someone tell me "I don't know for sure, but here is someone who would be a great resource for you" than "I'm pretty sure it's this" or "I THINK it's probably that." The latter is not helpful! I would definitely recommend.

We were giving all this information as far as a new home, school, daycare and it seemed as it was all brushed off. We paid $200 for 20 min of her rushed time. My fiance just knew that our returns weren't filled out right so we took them to Delahoya tax services with Maribel and of course to our belief we were shorted a few thousand. He would be deducting the fee from my refund, he changed the account number and routing number, the taxes were issued by the IRS on 2/29/2024. I kept on calling regarding the status of my taxes. He later then advised, that his account had gotten hacked and he didn't have funds, after several months of contacting the IRS, I still have yet to have my taxes from him, I am just seeking my full money at this point, every day and every week when I call he tells me that there is no update on these taxes. IRS confirmed that this case has been closed, I would love a resolution to this matter as soon as possible. Rizwan, I am please seeking my refund as soon as possible. I believe a police report was done on this and 20 other people got impacted.
