Was really disappointed with this company…read more Went to them to get tax preparation and consulting help, but got neither. Staff wasted our time, was not knowledgeable, and certainly not professional. We were not really clear why a real estate broker would be a good resource for tax assistance. After spending a good amount of time with one of the founders, she actually then refused to complete our taxes roughly one month before they were due to be filed. Bottom line: Do yourself a HUGE favor, and rather than wasting time with these folks, instead go to a professional, capable, courteous, and knowledgeable tax preparer.

I worked with this company for 20 years and finally had enough of their abysmal service, horrible…read moreresponse time and overall lack of care about their clients. When I started working with them they were timely, reasonably priced, and had amazing staff. They've had so much turnover and their primary accountant is rude, disorganized and non-responsive. Last years tax process was a complete disaster - they lost my information that I had emailed, and didn't start working on my taxes until the week before they were due, even though I had sent them all my information in February. And then, after multiple requests for status on my returns, they ask me for my information again, and tell me I owe alot more than I expected. The owner refused to return my call or emails when I tried to contact him about my concerns. And then they threatened to withhold an October filing for my wife's business until I paid off my small balance. My new provider found several mistakes in my filings and missed tax savings. That was all I needed to hear to confirm that I made the right choice to get away from them.
