Menu comprised of daily soup, fresh baked banana bread and other bakery items with good collection of caffeinated drinks.

Lovely ambiance especially inside with all sorts of curios. Outside are misters on those hot days. Hedley has quite a mining history. Visit the museum across the street. Grab a coffee and check out area. Chat with locals. Support these small town unique businesses so they don't disappear. Haven't you been to enough Starbucks already? ;)

City boy comes home…read more I grew up in Williams Lake and haven't been back much over the past 30 years. I live in Calgary now. The Bean Counter is a fantastic place for a great coffee and treats. Whoever bakes those cinnamon buns... I'm addicted after three bites. Great staff. Great and attentive service. Super busy which is actually nice to see. Busy doesn't bother me, it just proves to me that the locals love this place. I highly recommend the Canadiano and those peanut butter hemp energy balls! Jeezuz they're just as addicting as the cinnamon buns. We'll be back!

The drive thru severely backed up, trash cans overflowing and people everywhere. We were here one hour from arrival to departure. The rush was handled incredibly well. The inside lines moved like an assembly line. Nobody lost their head. The whole place was docile, just digging the fellowship and enjoying the day. Henry Ford would have appreciated this well oiled machine. They even did a pretty good job keeping up with the bathrooms. We met several new friends here including a 30-year Tim's veteran with a Cowboy hat. She up-sold us on two coffee mugs, a half dozen donuts and coffee to brew at home, and we don't have a home!!!!
