All drinks are organic - coffee, tea, beer, wine, juice. ... and what can I say. The food is simply delicious. And even if you're not vegan or vegetarian. I doubt you'll be missing the meat. The portion is reasonable, with really nice, firm, al dente noodles, one piece of bok choy, a few slices of raw tomato, 3 pieces of fried tofu, and shaved green onion. The broth is of course what tends to make or break a ramen, and the broth here was excellent: nutty, lightly spicy, complex, without being too heavy. Really authentic tan tan men broth here. Not exceptional, hence the 4-star review, but damn impressive. I'd prefer some better toppings (e.g., replace the tomato with something like menma, kikurage, or something a little more authentic). Very friendly, appreciative Japanese service. Definitely recommended for great vegan/veggie ramen.
