They also showed pictures of our roof with ridiculous tar patches that did nothing. The company we hired replaced the damaged section in one day. Based on that promise, I signed a contract for almost $3,000.00 for roof leak repairs . Well, a month later, I was still trying to get in touch with Dakota, with no results. Finally, I went around Dakota, spoke to the Project Manager, and got positive results. The crew who came to make the repairs, managed by Logan, were great. I thought all was well until the next rain. Well, water poured into my office, supposedly where the repairs were done. I contacted Logan, he came out and said the leak was coming from the chimney. He caulked as best he could. Well, $3,000 later and I have a brick mason coming to repair the leak..... who I might add was successful. Bottom line.... poor salesman.....great crew, that why two stars.
