When the drivers got there, they said, "we don't give quotes over the phone". He told me that price was for a TWIN size even though I specifically said Queen size. Unfortunately, this HAD to go today as a hospital bed was coming in for an elderly person in the next hour. At the end of the day, the cost was $358.00. Called to discuss the discrepancy and was told I would get a call back from the corporate office. NO call back. Should be easy enough for them to research this as they say "these calls are recorded".
