My husband and I always talk for hours after them discussing which puzzles were challenging and which ones we should have solved faster. It's so much fun to do with friends and everyone in our group helps solve at least one of the puzzles; there is something for everyone! The customer service is exceptional and you can tell by the quality of the games and the excitement the staff has that they love what they do! Crazy Smart or Crazy: Good escape room but very monotonous. Majority of the escape was opening locks to find more locks. Which led to clues to find more locks. Felt more like a chore than a creative and challenging escape. Customer service was excellent along with everything else, but maybe this specific escape room could be improved with a little more diverse array of puzzles. read more
