Melissa was the one there helping me today and she was not only sweet/friendly but wonderful at what she does. She poked me one time, I barely felt it and hit the vein perfectly, no digging or any pain. She checked In on me perfectly and talked to me, because I engaged in convo but I know she would've let me relax if I had preferred. I will most definitely be back. I feel better already.
