This isn't your typical dab of cheese in a plastic condiment container that is commonplace nowadays. I had the Arturo Sandoval (spin on a Cuban) as my entree and it was also fabulous and came out hot. If I was being critical, the pork was a wee bit dry, but that happens sometimes and it really didn't take away from the sando. Even the small side of pasta salad was outstanding. I'm lucky if I eat sides like that 1/100 times and this one I couldn't wait to finish. Great vibe, great staff, great food, and live music almost every day. Chris or "Madman with a Marker" did such a great job on the caricature that he did for a…read morecolleague's going away gift! She loved it and we put it in a frame with a matte border so everyone could sign. It looked AWESOME! Beyond that, Chris turned around the caricature so quickly including all of the special requests (i.e. Boston skyline in the pic, products that we work, etc). He also made it very easy for pick up and was very accommodating to my crazy schedule. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend his services!

We initially began with three people, but quickly advanced to 13 caricatures that he nailed perfectly! And he completed it in such a fast turn around that made our stress level lower. Simply stated, our request was crazy with many details, but Chris completed the drawing in exemplary fashion with stellar service. Lorraine's knowledge of the area was extensive and she got us INCREDIBLE deals on flights and hotels. She was even able to accommodate special requests such as needing exit rows (my husband is very tall and needs the legroom for a long flight). As someone who had never used a travel agent before and always thought it may be cost prohibitive, I was wrong! Lorraine was able to keep us under budget so that we had extra money to do little excursion tours to the Roman Forum, the Vatican, and Pompeii (all bucket list places for me!). She also was able to advise when tours weren't really necessary - our trip to Capri was a good example - we were able to easily tour the island ourselves and take a ferry. Above all, she made it so easy - presenting options clearly and booking everything quickly. The itinerary she gave us to follow was top-notch and had all necessary contact info on it. I really can't say enough good things about Lorraine - she made my dream trip a reality!

This fair has gone downhill over the past few years…read more Yes, they still have all of the agricultural aspects, but the small vendors and shops have gone WAY downhill. The majority of shopping places are selling the exact same things, and it is all cheap junk. This used to be the best place to go to buy from local crafters and vendors. They also have the majority of the food vendors all in on one area of a particular road which causes a huge jam of thousands of people - so much so that you can do nothing but move in the sea of people even when the fair isn't that packed! The midway is ridiculously priced, not sure how most families afford to visit this part of the fair anymore. I know the prices they charge are probably out of their control but there should be a better way so that all families can enjoy it.
