Many sales people standing or walking around even what appeared to be the manager yet no concern for the customers waiting. I even went as far as asking if another register was opening after standing in line for such a long time and it getting longer, I was told no.waited 5 more minutes was next in line and instead of buying I tossed my items on the counter and walked out. I'd rather spend my money were customer service mean something. Wonder how mean other have walked out , and how much lost revenue.

If they don't have, they can order it for you. Also, if you're not from Italy (you have a non-Italian passport), then you shop tax-free! The staff is very friendly.
