Bruce from Cloud Nine and his assistant Corrine are such nice people. Bruce has been very…read moreresponsive throughout the planning process and he even helped me with a referral. He was understanding of my incredibly long and detailed must-have shot requests and based on previous work that I've seen of him, I am impatiently waiting for our video. I think the picture quality of their videos makes you feel like you are in that moment again. After the wedding my husband and I kept saying we wish we could rewind and relive the wedding day until the day we die, I'm sure that Bruce's work will be our wish come true so that we can be reminded of how magical everything felt that day. I have seen reviews for Cloud Nine that they are expensive. They may charge above average but that's only because their work is soooooo far above average.

The quality of his videos was far superior to any other videographer I had researched within our price range. From the day we met, my husband and I clicked with him instantly! To me, this meant a lot, as we would be working with him for the biggest days of our lives! He was super friendly, and even after we signed the contract five months ahead of our wedding, he regularly checked in with us just to see how plans were going and offered his assistance! He responded to all of my emails within hours, and helped calm my worries about the big day (not worries about him, but the event in general). I had no doubts, even before we received our footage, that it was going to be amazing! The day of our wedding, he was so excited to film our big day, very hands on and offered any help. He didn't have a contracted set of hours, and was there from the very beginning to the end! Our highlight video brought us and all of our family and friends to tears! You could feel the emotion and excitement through the video, he captured our day perfectly! We just received the final videos of our day, and it was perfect! We were able to relive the whole day, from getting ready to the whole ceremony, and all of the big events at our reception, plus a few extras! Bernie is the best! More than we could have even asked for! I couldn't recommend Bernie Hipos Wedding Films enough!

Brides really appreciate this! He is so organized and was the one to reach out to me for the day-of timeline, which pushed me to get my act together to get it done. Bernie did a great job capturing the whole day and was able to produce such an amazing video to showcase our special day. The quality of the video, the editing and how he incorporated the speeches into our highlights video are only some of the positive comments made by my friends and family. I felt comfortable with him right away and it is evident that he really put care into creating our wedding video. I would definitely recommend Bernie to others (and already have)!

The project management was very disorganized the whole time (about a three month period) and it was started two weeks late with no communication to us.
