On top of that, the company has completely stopped responding to phone calls and has provided no support or explanation. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. We are currently escalating this issue to the appropriate authorities to ensure no other businesses or customers are affected. We strongly advise others to be cautious when using this service until this issue is resolved.
