Darius reached out to me after reading my review & was so helpful in listening to my concerns & addressing them appropriately. I am very thankful for his commitment to making sure everyone has a positive experience at OTF. My workout was AWESOME! The coach was easy to follow along with, explained how to modify certain workouts & provided consistent encouragement along the way. It felt great to be working out alongside so many dedicated people. In addition to the dramatically improved instruction, I had a great experience with the front desk staff. They were super helpful, friendly & answered all of my questions. I got the chance to check out some different workout bands this go around & was pleased with the Core monitor. It was much easier to get an accurate reading without the armband moving around. I highly recommend! My chiropractor is great at readjustments but I am usually left with sore/ tight muscles as a result. The research I found indicated stretching could help. The therapist (Gina) made me feel very comfortable during my session. The isolated stretching was amazing! I could literally feel the muscles release tension from my neck.
