Massage (asian) woman didn't understand english nor did she speak it therefore she couldnt understand my directions such as the pressure I wanted. I was way too hard even after she pulled out her translator app, she STILL did way too much pressure And was causing me a great deal of pain. 2. The place wasnt clean. the towel used to drape over my back was so used and didnt feel clean. it was a ripped up bed sheet. The room that I was in , was small and not fresh smelling. Country music was blaring in the backgtound instead of soft mediation music. That was not relaxing at all nor did it give a relaxing atmosphere. 3. I explicitly told both asian women that I DID NOT want a full body. JUST my back and arms but the asian massage lady assigned to me went down farther than i wanted her to go. I told her NO! Just my back but she didnt get it. 4. The debit/credit card machine wouldnt take my card even though my debit card wasnt rejected just an hour before this appt. The asian woman told me to use their ATM, that was sitting in their front desk. No way and I using that! I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone wanting a massage. It was painful, embarrassing and not a good experience whatsoever.
