They assured me that it would hold up. The entire system has fallen from our property, causing A LOT of property damage. You can clearly see how the gutters were installed by hanging a 1x6 board with 1.5 inch screws. That was clearly a mistake on the installers part. I knew it was incorrect but the company refused to fix it and assured us all was good. I called for this to be remedied again after this episode and they refused to look at. They would send an installer out for $95 service fee to give me an estimate to reinstall new gutters. Worst service and product I have ever dealt with. Beware!

My grandfather used Ron Chapman to have his roof replaced. This is my grandfathers review…read more "I am recommending Ron Chapman for any home repairs such as roofing, decks, chimney repairs, pole barns, etc. My experience with Ron started with him replacing a roof on my neighbors house. After seeing the quality of his work, i asked Ron for a quote for a new roof on my house and garage. Ron took the time to explain the difference between a traditional roof compared to a steel roof. His quote for the traditional roof was far less than other competitors, and his recommendation was based off the reasoning of the same lifetime warranties for both roofs. I was very pleased with his work and how his crew acted professionally in installing my new roof. They were efficient in the installation process and were meticulous in their clean up. I only found one staple on the ground, if that gives you an idea on their precise cleanup. Given Ron's expertise in his fields of work, I would strongly recommend Ron Chapman Roofing for any home repairs you are looking for. I give this five star rating with the confidence he will do any job with pure professionalism, on time, and with more than satisfactory results."

As he was working on a job at my home I had to leave my house (run an errand). When I was leaving he threw a tantrum accusing me of "trying to skip out on the bill." He was ranting and raving. He made a fool of himself in front of his workers. He definitely needs anger management.

He used to work for Deniziak Siding which was prosecuted for the same exact thing. The work they attempted to complete was awful! We now have siding falling off, windows that leak and more damage to the home than when they started. He owed several sub contractors money from our project and he never paid for materials which we paid him for in full. He also inflated costs for sub contractors by as much as 300% and then added his own labor and profit on top of that figure. They industry know how and experience. We will be posting pictures of the type of terrible work they did on our home.
