Fior di latte - Italian for flower of milk (or just plain vanilla to us Americans); add a scoop of their wild strawberry, sorbetto fragola selvaggio (when in season) my favorite!!! Their pistachio is outstanding (a number one seller) far exceeded my husbands expectations (his favorite overall). Stracciatella and mango should not be missed either.
