One call to this plumbing company received a quick response. Jody and Cody were efficient, experienced, professional yet fun and friendly. Explained in detail several options for a leaking water line. Since the water line was 24 years old, we went with replacement. Even though slightly dangerous, as our house is on a steep slope, they were able to reroute the water line down and around a driveway then back into the basement. Within eight hours of calling, we had a rerouted water service line with a new shut off, an expansion tank added to hot water heater, and a replaced outside faucet. Plus site clean-up and covered buried line with straw to prevent rain water run-off. Quality work done. Thank You Guys!

But, what makes this company stand out are the three items I mentioned. I like a company that communicates with you, and this one did from the office staff verifying the appointment to the men on the job who let us know when they'd be here for the work. It is very welcome and in today's workforce, very unusual, to get a thank you but we did. We received a nice card a few days after the service thanking us for our business. We will use them again and recommend this company to anyone who is interested. The men on the job, Matt and Mitchell are good representatives for Chattanooga Plumbing.

Also working shirtless doesn't look professional no matter how hot it may be.

He did such a great job and was so reasonably priced that we decided to go forth with replacing all of the plumbing. It was old galvanized steel and we knew it had seen better days. He did a fantastic job cutting through our driveway (to run the new pipe) and patching it. He also put down grass seed where he had to trench the yard. He would even point out items that we were unaware of. Items that other trades would have to address. Which was helpful. I would highly recommend his services!
