Hamilton's Unlimited was here before the plumbers and had my house back to normal in less than four…read moredays - including new drywall and paint. On a Sunday evening, a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I got the water turned off and called the plumber and Kevin at Hamilton's Unlimited. Since I also have a Powder Room on the 1st Floor, I told them both it can wait until Monday morning. Early the next morning the plumber called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they move me up. Of course, I told them yes. By the time the plumbers got here (early), Hamilton's Unlimited had already removed all of the wet ceiling, disinfected the framing, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and hauled away the debris. As a bonus, having the ceiling open like that helped the plumbers determine where the clog was which saved me even more time and money. That afternoon, after everyone had left, I was sure I'd be dealing with this for a week or more. However, over the next 48-hours, Hamilton's Unlimited kept in contact with me, even stopping by, to ensure that the drying process was progressing to their liking. By Thursday afternoon - less than four days after the leak - they had installed all new drywall, sanded, and fresh paint on the entire ceiling and one wall. Done. Like it never even happened - only quicker and less painless.

This company came out and cleaned my mothers carpet. About 2 inches from wall all the way around…read morethe room carpet was darker color. Someone came back out and told her to complete the job by just keep vacuuming it and it would blend in. After several weeks nothing. I brought my personal shampooer not even a professional and cleaned the edges. The water coming out of the carpet was dark brown, so the carpets were still dirty. After I cleaned the carpet edges now blends in and carpet is completely cleaned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I found Barbara and Scrubbin' Bubbas through Google, as they were one of the highest rated services…read morein Hagerstown. I needed to hire a service for a one-time cleaning of an apartment. The place was in fairly bad shape, as the renter has had health issues for quite some time, and was recently in the hospital for an extended period. I wanted to make sure they had a clean house to come home to when they were released from the hospital. Barbara was absolutely excellent. She did a great job with the whole apartment, top to bottom. The floors had stains that we thought were permanent, but she got them out. The bathroom was a real mess, but when she left it was sparkling clean. I have had several cleaning services over the years where you would need to go back over places they missed. Not this time - I did not have to touch the apartment at all after she was done! Since I am from out of town and I had limited availability, she worked with me and my schedule, and she was helpful and sympathetic of our situation and the health problems we were dealing with. And on top of all that, she gave us a good and reasonable price considering the state of the home. Thanks again, this was a huge help during a difficult time. I will definitely be giving Scrubbin' Bubbas a call if I need any other cleaning services in Hagerstown, and I would recommend that others do the same!

Several areas were overlooked, surfaces were still dirty, and the overall job felt rushed and incomplete. I expected my home to look and feel thoroughly cleaned, especially after paying for a deep-cleaning service, but I was extremely disappointed with the results. I do not recommend this company. Save your time and money--do not book them. Response to the owners: Unfortunately, much of the information in your response is inaccurate. Several areas of our home were still visibly dirty after the cleaning. I personally wiped down multiple cabinets, and the cleaning cloths were covered in dirt. The pantry shelves were also left filthy. As requested, I sent photos documenting these issues, but I never received a response. Please do not misrepresent the condition in which our home was left or the efforts I made to contact you.
