The technician was kind, patient, and efficient. The service itself was quick and precise, exactly what I was looking for without feeling rushed. They also offer threading for those who prefer that option. The space is not massive but it doesn't have to be what was most important is it felt clean and organized. It's not a big spa style environment, more of a focused beauty service spot, but everything felt tidy and professional. While I was getting my service done, my husband waited in the front area and mentioned the receptionist was very friendly and respectful. She made conversation with him while he waited, which he appreciated. The brow wax was $27 and we tipped $10. Overall it was a smooth, no fuss experience that did exactly what it needed to do. I'd stop back in again for a quick brow cleanup when in the area.

The lashes looked beautiful but also natural - came out exactly like my daughter wanted. We will be returning to Glowing November. Don't hestitate to book Angie. Jackie did an amazing job--she is an excellent and extremely professional esthetician. I didn't have much to work with since my natural lashes were damaged from wearing and pulling off strip lashes, but Jackie took such great care in prepping my tiny lashes. She was gentle, patient, and very knowledgeable. The outcome was truly amazing--better than I could have imagined! The entire experience was awesome. Jackie made me feel comfortable and right at home from start to finish. I definitely found my "Beauty Cove" just in time for the holidays . I will absolutely be returning for a fill, and while I'm there, I plan to book a wax and a facial as well. Highly recommend Beauty Cove and Jackie if you're looking for beautiful lashes and top-notch service!

It was pricey, so it took me a while to hit the button and reserve an appointment. At $90, the facial included skin analysis, cleaning, duo exfoliation, a peel/mask, extraction, massage, another mask, and a short hand/foot massage. I don't know if I'm just used to Asian facials where they literally extract every little bit of gunk and disgusting in your face, but I wish Kristen would've spent more time extracting..The massaging was a plus since most places I've been to only massage your shoulders for less than 5 minutes. After the facial, my skin was literally "baby butt" soft, and still is. Kristin was really nice and very thorough with telling me my skin type, what problems needed to be issued, and how to take care of my skin. 3.5/5 I think the only reason that's keeping me from giving it a 4 is that I still have a lot of the spots that I walked into Savvi with. I still have bumpy little gross things along my chin and cheek. The plus side? My skin is super soft and looks more radiant, but the reason for my visit was to get rid of my spots. :( I might come back if my skin is in desperate need of a facial, but I'm broke now so I might not be back for a while...

I have only seen her for waxes, but have every intention of trying her other services too. They use a cold wax here, which means the pain isn't so bad, especially compared to the other wax using cloth strips to tear it off your skin. Juli is extremely professional yet has that perfectly balanced with a friendly disposition. Prices are fair, and they offer so much! She and this studio have been truly marvelous finds for me. A Nurse For Your Soul…read more.. Finally, after becoming fully vaccinated and knowing most of the people around me went through the same process, I decided to visit the Sandalwood Spa for the first time in forever and get another 80 minute deep tissue massage from Amber B. It was great. A delay of 15 months due to Covid-19 did not cause Amber to lose her magic touch. However, the reason for this brief update is not to use a bunch of adjectives to describe her skill. I'd visit her just to talk and listen. Amber has a big heart, inquisitive mind and takes a devoted interest in the client on her table. You can rest and relax AND have a great conversation. She's like the best bartender, nurturing teacher or caring friend. Maybe it's a trick of the trade, but Amber is a nurse for your soul.

I booked three services together for an efficient spa day, but waited about 45 minutes for my second service. My nail appointment then ran so long that I was late for my final service. Apparently relaxation requires patience. ‍Waxing: Just OK for the price. Pleasant technician, but the work wasn't very thorough. Once I was in better lighting, I noticed quite a few hairs left behind. Mani/Pedi: Nope. I paid $120 for their top-of-the-line mani/pedi, and despite taking a full two hours, the service itself was surprisingly superficial. The technician seemed uncertain, worked very slowly, and didn't have the sponge needed for the French ombré gel manicure I requested. The pedicure had no polish, my toenails weren't buffed despite my specifically requesting it, and quite a bit of thick skin around the nails was left behind. I actually went home and finished the pedicure myself -- not quite the pampering finale I had envisioned. The technician replaced the hand and foot massage with a superficial application of lotion. By then, after two hours, I was late for my next service and just ready to move on. ‍Massage with Shannon: Absolutely. This was the redeeming service. I had a wonderful deep-tissue massage and body scrub that put me into a deep state of relaxation. The temple pressure during the scalp portion was too strong for me and took a few reminders to lighten up, but everything else was excellent. Shannon even turned on the shower for me afterward and brought me a fresh robe -- thoughtful touches that made a difference. Bottom line: Massage with Shannon? I'd go back. Waxing? Just OK for the price. Mani/pedi? Nope.
