All was fine until invited back two days later to review the recommended treatment plan. The office said they would coordinate with my insurance but didn't. I got a quote for over $4000 for treatment and when I checked out to leave, they charged an additional $110 for an office visit! So basically they advertised a $49 special that cost me $159 with a treatment that was not covered by insurance at all. Pretty lame approach in my opinion to health care.

As a very active 62-year-old who loves yoga, I was experiencing achiness in my upper arms that was really affecting my practice. I had been to other chiropractors, but their adjustments alone weren't solving the problem. I even started worrying that I might have an autoimmune disease or something serious. Then I went to Dr. Philip Brown, and everything changed. Not only did he give me a fantastic adjustment, but he also took the time to explain that I needed to add arm exercises with 3 lbs. weights to strengthen the muscles around my rotator cuff. He patiently explained how certain muscles were overworking to compensate for the weaker ones and how I could address this imbalance. I followed his advice and incorporated the exercises into my weekly routine, and it worked wonders! My achiness is gone, and I'm back to enjoying my yoga practice without any discomfort. Spent over $100 to get a HAIR SAMPLE MY HAIR CUT BECAUSE of their failure to do the job properly an yet SHE WAS STILL HANDLING MY URIN an nothing was done about it and STILL being negligent after I expressed my concerns!
