Months an months apart even other ppl taking pictures when I couldn't along with several people who also said it's been that way!After I was treated an made to feel like someone I'm not a (drug addict)until I proved I was innocent I was still embarrassed an looked at in a way I can't describe! Spent over $100 to get a HAIR SAMPLE MY HAIR CUT BECAUSE of their failure to do the job properly an yet SHE WAS STILL HANDLING MY URIN an nothing was done about it and STILL being negligent after I expressed my concerns! Was yelled at for correcting the lady at the front an personally believe she has vindictive ways an would go out of her way to try an make herself look better. My HYPPA was violated twice witth my Buisness being spoken about not only in the office but out loud she also searched my Facebook for things that were irrelevant to the FACTS I was stating an concerned about! Heard her also talking about patients after I left an Jus very fake an fraudulent behavior! I'm in the medical field an do not take it lightly!!!! Ppl go there not because they want but because they DO NOT FEEL WELL! It's bad enough I hurt myself an now this!! Unacceptable I shouldn't have to pay over a thousand each time for a urinalysis because of her neglect! Not only that I spoke with a patient who had jus came BACK from rehab an they UP his medication but give everyone else a hard time I was shocked! Dr.woo was cool for the most part but my main issue is some of the employees but the MAIN person that caused so much havoc in my life was the reception with the mole on her face! If you do go protect yourself an hopefully when I prove myself they change thief chain of command because I KNOW IM NOT THE FIRST JUST THE FIRST TO SAY NO I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AN WONT STAND FOR IT!super unfair on every level,but once I get these removed from my record I'll feel a lot better because she could have very well caused a lot of issues in my life to turn around an throw it in my face she didn't believe me!
