The restaurant / cafe is a big disappointment. The food was uninspired and I think the lady working there was told that her job is to make sure the glasses, bottles, etc. behind the counter are all arranged perfectly and spotless, and if she has time after all that and doesn't have anything else at all she can think of to do, then she can look up and find out what the annoying customers want and then as quickly as possible throw it down in front of them with a huff and return to her regular duties. Legally I think they are right. Though don't expect any goodwill from them even if they are changing course plans heavily. Don't expect any response from their office if it is not in their favor. The worst experience I ever had with a fitness company.
