Had what I thought was ceramapro coating along with paint correction...paid almost 3k.....looked good when done but later down the line I found out they did not use the ceramic pro coating and they also didn't coat my wheels in certain other parts that they said they would do. I originally drove my car into the lot to get an estimate about some scrapes, scuff marks, my front mats cleaned, and a waxing, etc. Adam walked out, was super nice, we walked around my entire SUV, and I told him I wanted my Jeep to SHINE again. My team gave me a gift certificate for here and it was a great choice. Adam was great to talk with and got me in quickly. Ryan greeted us and told us what to expect. They spent significant time on my truck and it showed. Ryan called and let us know when he would be finished since he knew my Wife and I would be walking there. The truck looked amazing. It had been so dirty inside and out. Dog hair had dominated the interior and there was no sign we owned a dog when Ryan and Hunter were done. I brought my very first business to the owner of this place for a tint job and they left bubbles on my rear glass then proceeded to tell me that with this particular make of my vehicle, there was no way around it. This was a 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack and he did a lazy job on it. I figured he had a bad day so I brought my 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance to him and he did a perfect job on it so I thought he redeemed himself. I then notified the owner that my Brother is coming in and has the same 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance yet the owner of this place charged him about $200 more for the same exact job. I confronted the owner and he said that, "In my many years of business, I have never given anyone the deal that I gave you." He got defensive and then said he will refund my Brother the difference of money that he charged me like he's doing us a favor. I couldn't believe he said that to me. This guy is greedy and is a typical salesman. I personally own a successful business and the first thing I do when getting a referral is cross reference the individual and give the new client being referred in, the same price at the very least or in most cases a discount. This guy is a clown, do not do business with him. I recommend calling any other reputable company that will come to your house and do a very professional job ... plus it won't take 8 hours like this guy takes to do a job. This guy has poor business practices and I highly discourage anyone doing business with them as a company or otherwise. Zero stars. read more

Adam and his team Opti-Coated my 2017 Charger Scat Pack and it blew my mind! I drove into the shop and Adam meticulously looked over my car before giving me an estimate and was extremely honest about how much work it would be since the car already had 10K miles and tons of fine scratches/chips that needed repaired. Adam gave me an estimate I thought was very reasonable for the amount of work it would take and we scheduled a day for Pure Precision to start on it. Two days prior to bringing my car in, my work schedule changed and I couldn't bring the car in at the slotted time. The crew went above and beyond by volunteering to stay late one day and start early the next so that I would have my car for work. The best part of all this was when I went to pick up my car. It was beautiful! All the fine scratches were out of the paint and the glossiness of the Opti-Coat gave my Destroyer Grey paint a completely different look with a lot more depth to it! As Adam advised I showed up 2 weeks later for the complementary follow up wash and the crew showed me how to properly wash my car. After a sprinkler covered my car in hard water I panicked and drove straight to Pure Precision, without saying a word Adam jumped on it and started cleaning it while giving me instruction on what to do in the future to get the water spots off of my paint. I could ramble on all day about Pure Precision and for good reason. Pure Precision has impressed me from so many different angles and I will be a customer for life! read more

If I had to use one word to explain this business, Passion. You know the detail videos on Ammo NYC, this guy is on par with him. He loves what he does and will make it happen. Proper detailing takes time. Some details take days. If you go somewhere and they get you in and out in a couple hours with their full detail, it's not a full detail. I'm from out of town and I purchased a special car. I had a specific time window where I needed a clear bra and wrap put on the car. It was done through sacrifice, hard work, dedication and passion. He called the day before to verify the appointment, called again just before he was due to arrive and let me know he was running a few minutes late. He showed up exactly when he said he would be here. He did a spectacular job on my car inside and out! If the car wasn't ten years old it would look showroom ready! While he was cleaning under the hood he checked the oil and found it was out of oil. He went to the store and bought 2 quarts of oil and put them in my car for me. Adam is a true professional. He took on the project of correcting the paint on our Grabber Blue Mustang convertible approximately 2 years ago. The car was a rental in CA and the paint was really bad. He did a full paint correction removing swirls and other small defects in the paint and sealed it so it would help protect all of his hard work. Adam took pictures during the process and kept us updated at every stage of the process. Adam even contacted me after we had agreed to a high end opti-coat sealant and as a trusting service provider explained that the paint on the car may not be worth putting the high end opti-coat application and offered to save me several hundred dollars with another product he recommended. We just traded the car in and the dealership was they were very impressed with the paint even after 2 plus years had passed.
