Today I solved that by walking up and surprising one of the baristas. After the initial shock, I placed our order at the sliding walk‑up window. The service was quick, and soon we were back on the road with two coffees. Both were excellent. Mrs. K declared the Blondie perfect, and my drip coffee with a small splash of cream was just right. I still don't understand why the Green Siren people insist on roasting their beans until they taste burned, while 7 Brew manages a roast that is smooth and balanced without any bitterness. That difference is why we'll happily go out of our way for them. The only drawback is that 7 Brew is drive‑through only, so it's not a place where I can linger with my laptop.
