Very professional clean best massage I've ever gotten that helped with all my aches and pains and neuropathy, The masseuse SASA was the best. I have continued to go there because the price is good and the quality is fantastic. Very quiet very relaxing professional staff very very friendly and I love that and the fish tank is awesome. When I go in there I love checking out the fish. But overall, the therapist pays attention to detail, and the skill is so good because of the technique that I need for my back my neck and my feet. I'm a type one diabetic for over 50 years and this really helps me. SASA even attended to me when I had low blood sugar and brought in sugar so that I could continue getting my massage and I am so thankful that people there understand my diabetes needs immediate attention Some days I need a deeper tissue massage and sometimes I like it more relaxing method and SA essay is able to do all of those and that is what I really like about this masseuse, especially I've had others that just don't get it and they don't seem to really want to work hard but SASA works very hard and is there to take care of my therapeutic needs I just hope that she doesn't get too busy because when you find someone who can really do a professional job you want that to continue, The restroom was very nice and very clean and they had nice facility there. I've never been there when it's overcrowded they don't overbook which I really like I've been able to get in there pretty much anytime that I call for an appointment which is really nice. I'm sure they're gonna be getting busier as I've noticed some of the staff left. That probably wasn't as good and now that I found a therapist that has the ability to take care of somebody with my type of health issues That really is nice. Pure Harmony Massage is the only place I go to in Prescott for body work. They are very polite, professional, and great masseuses. Whether you want a soft relaxing massage or need more of a deep tissue massage (like me), the private rooms (or couples room) are clean and relaxing. As a full time mechanic, I got tired of the muscle cramps and nerve pain at the end of my work week from using my body on repairs. I tried chiropractic medicine, hot yoga (still do it), and daily stretching but the cramps and pains never went away. After a deep tissue massage at Pure Harmony, I am sore that night but on my way to recovery, and by the next day I feel 100% and ready for another week turning wrenches. There is a language barrier with the staff but nothing that Google Voice cannot overcome. I usually text them to make my appointment, they will confirm the time, and I show up 5-10 minutes before my appointment. They are prompt to get me into a room and always keep good time for the massage. If you ask for a 90 minute massage you will get all 90 minutes; including hot stones! Some other reviewer mentioned a "sofa" and "how I'd imagine a heroin den in a bad part of a central city"... that reviewer is an idiot! Pure Harmony in Prescott does NOT have a sofa to sit on and is clean & welcoming. I question that reviewer's motive or past experiences at heroin dens. The rooms have a small basket INSIDE THE ROOM for your belongs to stay with you during the massage; not a "chair outside the door" to rest your purse on. I do believe that reviews are helpful when you are trying out a new business but keep in mind that some of these "reviews" are from people who have no idea of what they are talking about or need to vent about something lacking in their life so that they feel better about their experience the next day. My advice is to anyone who has muscle cramps and/or nerve pain and believes message therapy would be beneficial to alleviate these conditions, give the folks at Pure Harmony Massage a try and see for yourself! :0) read more

I'm a type one diabetic nearly 55 years with mini pain issues, neuropathy joint pain lots of serious stuff. I also have a degree in health and wellness and write books about type one is where I go because they're professional and they don't overdo it. They know what they're doing they they did very well and I have not Had as much pain but when the pain comes back, I go back the vibe. There is very cool very very quiet which I like even if I have to book a same-day appointment, they usually have person but they are exceptional and it is really helping me deal with this. What I like about them as a have a very clean and wonderful atmosphere and the prices are reasonable compared to other places. I would definitely recommend them if you have pain or want professional work done on your body that is not just a basic massage. There are many forms of scientific massage, etc. but the one I get is for a sports massage. OK. The circulation I have so much better after I get work done on my legs and my ankles and my feet I recommended if you're diabetic,so you don't lose your feet! you have to keep the circulation going and I can't do it myself because of the pain in my hands from carpal tunnel and neuropathy, but I truly believe this is the best place for the best price and good luck to you and your journey. I arrived tired, sore and a little grumpy. I left renewed, revived and relaxed. From the moment you walk in, Harmony is a soothing oasis. The tropical fish tank, twinkle starlights, soothing music and friendly staff are very welcoming and calming. I had a deep tissue 60 min with Peter. He is very professional and experienced. From the phone call to make the appointment, you will be aware that communication in English is very difficult. When I walked in for my appointment, I was told (by pointing -- I couldn't understand anything the gentleman said) to sit in a waiting area. The spa facility looked like how I'd imagine a heroin den in a bad part of a central city. It was very dark, felt dirty, had twinkling lights and random stuff everywhere. The furnishings seemed old and dirty and I didn't even want to sit on the sofa. The gentleman ushered me into the massage room. Outside the door to the room was a chair, and just inside was an ottoman. He instructed me to leave my purse on the chair outside the door. The only possible reason I could think of for why he'd want me to leave my purse outside the room and the rest of my things inside the room was so he'd have an hour to go through my purse and help himself! So, I took my purse into the room with me. The room felt unclean, old, tired. The massage table was wider than normal so at times during the massage the therapist (a woman) had to climb onto the table to reach me. The sheets looked like Goodwill castoffs. Now to the massage itself. I have had many different massage therapists at many different places in my life and NEVER have I had a therapist peel the sheet all the way down to my thighs when working on my backside. She even rubbed between my butt cheeks! Seriously! Then, when I was facing up, she rubbed between my thighs within a couple of inches of my crotch. CREEPY AND DISGUSTING!! Such a no-no in massage therapy. I laid there wondering if she was a licensed therapist. On my way out, which couldn't come soon enough for me, I noticed a licensure certificate from Texas. Aside from what I've mentioned so far, her massage technique was poor, doing things like rubbing directly on the spine itself with the hot rocks -- which hurts! She'd repeat the same strokes over and over, until the body part got tender and I'd have to ask her to stop what she was doing. She barely did the neck and upper shoulders at all. I'd call what she did an amateurish backrub (like the kind your mate might give you), not a therapeutic massage. She didn't find or work out the knots. When I left, I really wanted to tell her that she needed to get a massage herself from a clean, NORMAL spa so she could see how it is supposed to be done! My husband made my appointment. When I arrived, it was so dark inside. It's like walking into a movie scene. I was at the front desk waiting for someone to greet me for 10 minutes. Once a worker appeared, they shoved me into a room without asking my name or anything. I stood in there waiting for further directions for another 15 minutes. The lady came back in and asked when I made the appointment and so on. They were expecting a man just by the voice on the phone even though I was explaining that I didn't make the appointment. The tables are huge and not too comfy. The lady crawled all over me like a spider monkey. At one point she was straddling me and sitting on my butt. Not relaxing because I couldn't help but laugh at the things that were happening to me. Most of the massage was alright but she was aggressive and left my arms and legs covered in bruises. Not worth the money. I will not be returning to this particular place. read more
