Rich Nitzkowski takes no responsibility and passes blame without research. Moreover, the owner, Rich Nitzkowski had the audacity to state that a prior lawsuit we were involved in was arbitrary and that he thought we would sue him if he didn't pay the bill to the state tax board. For context, I am a 100% service connected vet with PTSD and have an internationally certified service animal. The lawsuit was an Americans with disability act lawsuit in which I was denied rideshare transportation because of a service animal. Shame on Rich for considering that arbitrary.
