I bought a percolator there on June 22nd, and when I used it, it leaked constantly, even when properly closed. When I tried to return it to the store on June 25th for an exchange, the franchisee refused to take it back, saying it wasn't defective. She insisted I couldn't return it because I had only used it once. When I pointed out that the receipt authorized exchanges, she started yelling at me and called the police. This traumatic experience has left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth regarding Stokes stores. I would like a refund or a percolator that works properly. It's not too much to ask.
