I signed up because I was visiting Wichita for the weekend and had never been to a Barre Forte class. The first class is $10 which is a great deal. I barely made it on time because I was driving from the hotel and then when I arrived, I had to enter the gym and find a door with a staircase up, but it worked out! Kimmy greeted me and another client gave me props. I set up at the front barre with light and heavy weights, a ball, and a loop band. We launched into warm-up and arms quickly, and the playlist was a pretty fun classic rock/80s mix. The leg series with foot on the ball was seriously challenging and I was shaking all over! We did a glute series with the loop band and finished with core and stretching on the mat. The class was hard but went by fast, and I felt accomplished at the end. I would definitely come back when in Wichita!
