They are encouraging and push you through the works outs. I attend the hot yoga classes such as burn and pulse. Sometimes, they will offer special, longer classes like stretching which I appreciate and try to attend. The yoga classes (LO classes) are all heated. They last 45 minutes and have classes throughout the week in the mornings and evenings. They provide props, sanitizer wipes and spray, and lavender towels after workouts for use.

The 915 am Fri class was packed , but enough room for all, I have taken barre classes for over a year but wasn't familiar with all of the exercises but with the help of the girls next to me and some sweet correcting from Jen, I got a great workout, Honestly, I expected it to be easier than what I am used to but soon realized that the hard work was dependent on how deeply I focused & not just the class. Harder to focus when you are trying to figure out where to put your hands but I bet after a couple more classes, I will be in the Barre zone. If you live or are visiting near downtown Charleston, I highly recommend this fun studio. The only downsides to me was how crowded it was (good for them!) Cardio equipment is a bit on the older side but did its job. I did a good amount of running and intervals, and didn't run into any issues. I will absolutely be back when I'm in the area next!
