Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Once we eventually got our photos back we could see just how badly she had done. She used fake flowers when we paid for real, used the literal cheapest decor everywhere possible. We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!

Kim, you are truly an angel, and both Antonio and I are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with you! Both my husband and I are perfectionists, and during our consultation, Kim understood our vision. What truly warmed my heart--and the reason we decided to move forward with her--was when she said, "If you move forward with me, I can assure you that I will treat your wedding like my own," and she did just that! We had a vision, and she truly brought it to life. Our vision was romantic, dreamy, and elegant, and she executed the plan perfectly. We had so many moments where we were in sync! I could simply say, "Kim, I want this," and her response was always, "It's already done!" Kim anticipated our needs, and she made this process both fun and seamless. As we all know, wedding planning can be stressful, but when you have a team of people who care and want the best for you, it makes it enjoyable. Kim is so kind and understanding. There were times when I felt stressed about the wedding, and I could call her to vent. She would always offer positive words of encouragement and reassure me that everything would work out. Even after the wedding was over, I still wanted to talk to her! Her energy is amazing, and her attention to detail is like no other. Our guests are still raving about the wedding and how the designer nailed it! I'm a hopeless romantic, and I'll cherish these memories for a lifetime. I put down 1st installment of deposit only to be told (almost a month discussing project) she couldn't do my event due to another event on the same day!!! So she got a better event to do? That's just not right. And now I need to wait 7-14 days for my money refund when I could use it to help me find someone new!!! I should have known better when she failed to come over and look at my yard twice, and then just requested another deposit!! She knew then that she was going to be canceling on me! Now I have less than two weeks to find someone. Overall just really upset of being tossed aside cause she got a better gig to do!!!

Called last minute for a jumper for my daughter surprise birthday party, the lady I communicated…read morewith was more than helpful. I already looked on their website at the jumpers, then asked her which of the ones I liked was available, she told me, I picked it. The prices on their website are accurate and up to date. The price listed is for the whole day. The lady I was in contact with when I ordered called me the day before to confirm my appointment for drop off & asked if I needed an extension cord, I told her yes! (They forgot it the day of drop off so they had to go back... but I'll get to that later) I ordered the Princess Dazzling Jumper it's combo jumper and slide! Plus had a basketball hoop inside. It was a hit at the party. My daughter loved it. The price was $230 for the day. I decided to add tables and chairs. They charge $5 a table & $1 a chair. Super reasonable pricing as I said compared to other party rental places in the area. I was a little annoyed they were 30 mins late. They were supposed to arrive between 11am-12pm instead they got here at 1233pm. Then they forgot the extension cord, which wasn't a problem because I just had my brother take the screen off my window and connect it in my room. The jumper turned on then stopped 20 seconds later. He then said I must have a power shortage to unplug things in the room.. I had to unblock everything from my charger, clock, tv, etc! So I was annoyed it still wasn't working. I even plugged the blower into 4 different outlets. So I said maybe your blower is out! Then he says "oh yeah... we'll I guess I'll go switch the blowers & bring an extension cord." That irritated me cause they were already late and now they were gonna take even more time! Then they get back, everything worked fine, I payed & got my invoice, but I was irritated to get in the jumper with my daughter and it was dirty as can be. I would think they at least get in and sweep or spray it! So I had to go in with my broom & Lysol and clean. Since I had the jumper in my backyard they didn't pick it up same night, they just came the next day in the morning around 10am. I noticed they didn't sweep or sanitize it either before wrapping it back up. I knock off a star for being late and coming unprepared with non working items but they did fix it & get the job done. The lady I spoke to during the whole process was informative & nice. The delivery guys didn't have great customer service but they did the job. For the price & the time you get the jumper it's definitely worth it! I would use them again & I recommend them to anyone looking for jumper rental, tables & chairs, just FYI be ready to clean the jumper when you receive it, because they don't.

I was having a very last…read moreminute ceremony at my home and had been given so many different quotes that seemed way out of my budget. I stumbled across their instagram and thought it wouldn't hurt to get another quote (keep in mind my event was less than 2 weeks away and I mentally given up on hiring someone to decorate.) Within 24 hours they came over saw my vision and quoted me something within my budget. I decided to move forward with them and it was the best decision I made throughout my entire event! They not only did they see my vision but they made it even more beautiful! They were all so kind, courteous, and honest, it just made it so easy on me. They gave me a complete break down allowing me to make different choices if I needed to stay within my budget. I can honestly say I felt very confident and safe with them and everything they did for me! Will most definitely be using them again and referring them to friends and family!!!!! (I worked directly with Lucy and she was just exceptional )
